It felt like less people tuned into the finals tbh. Riot needs to do something before the esport starts dwindling.

BR, LATAM, JP and SEA got bigger
EMEA and NA got smaller
-Supernova The King of Valorant
BR was like 140k+ wtf u talking about lmao
50k+ twitch mainstream
40k+ youtube mainstream
and 50k+ all watch parties
JP was like 250k+
No matter what you may think of them, Sentinels not being there hurts viewership a lot.
Think it grew in most every other region lol. NA just aren't big fans of optic and xset. EU also are big on fnatic but maybe not fpx in terms of popularity. They're more fans of 100T TSM SEN NRG Faze Liquid G2 ect.
The big eu teams are liquid mostly coz of scream and how big they are on content side on youtube. turkey has the biggest fanbase but since the teams are shit we don't get good viewership for the good games. Turkish stream easily adds 70k viewers.the biggest fanbase teams in Europe that are KOI(Spanish)and KC(french) don't have teams good enough to be in the kain circuit yet or else we could easily see EMEA rising to japan levels in terms of viewership. Imo after franchising gets announced next year we'll see good viewership with turkish Spanish (koi) and French(kc)orgs getting a slot

roobet cup 2022>vct brazil&emea
Roobet cup has teams from different regions ofc it will have more viewers lol
Just make every regional final like the Japan one! That production was insane.
it is getting bigger in the 'minor regions', but for EMEA and NA, they seemed to dropped off. If there's no big name teams, many people just dont bother watching. That's what I've been saying, Valorant is a 'casual' game, you get 100k viewers when there's even no esports going on, and when there's esports, it highly depends if streamer is co-streaming if you look at viewers number
