Not having economical incetive to play on tier 2 or below. Not having incentive to play at all on smallers regions, due to the lack of tournaments and good prized and salaries. For example on LATAM there's like 3 decent teams and only 1 good team, which is KRÜ, so other players just have to pray on their downfall bc there's no way for them to have international exposure or competing on serious tournaments.
