Best way to learn is through movies. I learned the Indian language, Hindi by watching bollywood movies with my asian friends.

Yaptığım şey 2 yıl boyunca her gün çizgi film izlemekti ve bunu çocukken öğrendim.

Music, movies and most of all youtube videos. but you need to actually be interested - like after listening to a song try to learn the lyrics and check their translation. try to remember what the song is about.
and just speaking with people online will help, even here on VLR.

stop using subtitles when watching english entertainment.

watch more english tv shows and movies if you aren't already. a better understanding of culture would also help you in using more complex vocabulary.

read more, converse with other people trying to improve their English(in english obviously)

and honestly if I could give you one underrated advice, it would be to stop focusing so much on the fundamentals(not that they are not important), but sometimes in maths when you try learning harder equations and you get used to them, when you come back to the easier ones, they feel even easier. what I mean to say is, challenge yourself, don't just be bookish when it comes to learning a language

and still focus on what they teach you in school, it might not feel practical or state of the art, but it will still help you.

As long you consume English content (read books, watch media, listen to music or podcast) you will improve your reading and your listening but if you wanna improve your speaking and writing(which is harder) you have to write texts and communicate with other English speakers.

Try to find other english speakers, it might build bad habits, but practicing is what you need most to get more fluid conversation.
