Shooter can but it will take time. And yeah as HSB said it was better if og picked up the entire exploit but they just wanted 1-2 pak players. Team chem is a huge thing, I think it will work out but at like top 3 south asian teams not the top 1.

If you ever think with a brain then you'd understand that is def not the case. People have been visiting sacred religious places for a very long time. It just takes a very long time along with a lengthy procedure due to "Security Concerns" from both sides plus shooter's mum is an Indian and he has been to India quite many times particularly Hyderabad.
