I personally can understand why they need go cut budgets, its ruthless and it sucks for all parties involved. However for esports to continue, stuff like this unfortunately needs to happen. With this being said, because it seems all EG players are open to exploring other options and with EG’s academy/practice team nearly entirely being gone with just the exception of screwface (who seems to be exploring other options in scrims), who will stay if anybody at all? Will it be up to Potter to make a whole new roster from the ground up?

Personally I am very interested in the current state of tier 1, despite the drama and problems that naturally come with it.

With this being said, what could this mean of other players out of tier 1 such as yay or nitr0?

its a good list but i feel like there just shouldn't be a 5th team. no team really played good enough outside of the top 4 and the 5th pick just isn't convincing. I guess DRX but they really weren’t the best this year.
