TS as an org is slowly falling off, or maybe at a progressive rate of falling off. their heavily decorated dota 2 division was disbanded. a little spark was found when their r6 div got a trophy during ewc but thats only it. both dota 2 div and valo div have been taking in players that were discarded by other orgs too. im not seeing a bright future ahead for this org anymore im always on hopium for themb but i guess some things must come to an end. at least, free invy.

nah. vash not igling is just an average t1 player at best. he can frag (but not outfrag all his mates) but everyone can do that. what they need is a more solid pick. -zesbeew, keep n1zzy. get another solid ph player that can igl and we cant expect vash to igl back anymore bc he personally stepped down igling or idk — a viet player to support n1zzy with language diff. the problem here is the coaching, analysis dept.

how many losses will it take for the org to start thinking about their valorant division as a whole? like not putting it to the hands of a nepo family?

team secret has been acquiring a lot of guys from boom esports actually. not just in valo division. very questionable. theyre also very close on twitter

do a massive reset on the whole TS valorant division. remove all trace of nepo. improve scouting dept and retain invy, oreo, kellyS (these three are vibe merchants and they connect pretty well). we can put vash on the coaching dept and thats it. absolutely no trace of nepo. no making the org a cash cow by making content in their hq in ph.

jremy fumbles in crucial moments, he cant connect his op shots sometimes and fumbles in his satchels too. his highs are very highs and his lows are very low. theres no in between for him. imo, he just needs to let his emotions out hes a very quiet person on cam so maybe thingsll change if he shows a bit of hype ig.

same thoughts. in tier 1 league every team should be as competitive as the scene can get. thats why you always see roster changes heck even bottom seeded teams do it why cant TS right

they didnt go for a roster change because (i think) they know the one they needed to remove was that guy. so they settled for a role switch instead. and settling isnt exactly what you should do in tier 1 scene.

i think i saw the manager posting something about "the other teams are just really good" and my opinion is that teams in the franchising are expected to be good. with the manager saying it like that just shows they dont take things seriously. stay out of the scene if they dont even want to make drastic changes. heck boom isnt even an ascension winner but managed to go 3-0 and locked in a spot for playoffs. why is ts in franchising and performance is going downhill? more role switch? reroster revolving around an old guy? acquire a recently-dropped coach?

i dont think we should put the blame on yam, i think the manager role is solely focused on managing the teams documents for international tournaments and cater to what they need i think theres a different branch for player acquisition (idk im not sure too)
