The fact that you are using his rating to say he is bad speaks for itself.
When will you guys realise that , these comp games are not about who has more frags in a game?
He has a lot of important kills, plays multiple agents and performs well in almost all of them.
There are several times when he gets important multkills that makes the team life easier.
He is human so of course he is not consistent each and every player has bad games or streaks ,also DRX as a whole is not on the level as teams in the TOP3, but he is a really good fragger/player definately TOP5 flex if you consider how DRX has been staying on this level for years now.
There are certain things the team expects from players and that is their main focus not the number of kills they have.
I can flank and play for exits the whole game having a rating between 1.0 -2.0 and would still be useless if the team does not win.
This is the same mentality most of you have for ranked as well, very selfish and does not work in professional play.

Well if you consider his role as a lurker/anchor it makes sense.
On defense his shooting through smokes/cages.
And lurking is about surprise and timing so it does not matter much.
If he was playing more of an entry role like a first one on site he would play vandal probably.

Still at that level you are dead if they shoot heads anyway, so why not. On the defender side you are most likely facing vandals.
On the attacking side however i would not use it since defenders spam smokes more with phantom

More utility , + money management. Against vandals works the same way as full armor

In my opinion the next maps that should go are Pearl and Icebox.
Pearl is a mess ,B site is bad and A site gives me claustrophobia.
Icebox is just boring it needs some rework always the same agents , same thing over and over again.

I told everyone a year ago that it is useless, stuns in general are useless and most players still 1 tap like it is nothing but when i said it needs a buff every "smart" user on this site said it is ok. Now then this shit does nothing for you it needs a buff so it actually STUNS you.

He can play KJ but he shines more on the duelist role i think he played super aggressive in the tournament

He played well but he made a lot of mistakes. Like solo pushing without any util and it seems like he might have some hard time communicating in english. It might be better for him in either a turkish team or in G2 where they need that kind of star duelist player. Derke has been with the team for a long time so i wouldn t trade him. Gaining nats also wouldn t reduce the firepower of the team but rolewise it would be much better since he is such a good sentinel/lurk player he can also play Astra and i think he is too good to not pick him up while he is free

With chamber nerfs coming i don t think they need 2 duelists and i would keep Derke over Alfa

Like i wouldn t bench him out of all players,unless he wants to. I would let Alfajer go and get nats for structure. Alfajer could have a better career at G2 replacing mixwell.I would also try to get Leo for Enzo but i don t know what is happening behind the scenes. What do you guys think?

I feel like the breach stun is really underwhelming in the pro scene it almost seems like it doesn t mean anything and they still tap the heads rather easily. Maybe they could buff it so they can t even shoot and it really is a stun or is it fine what do you guys think?

But that one tournament was THE MAJOR the best of the best and 4 teams qualified for playoffs from emea while only 1 NA team made it out of groups.

Like no matter how you look at it it was a shitty move.A team with 2 new players one of them being the IGL needs tons of time to get on the same page and play as a cohesive unit.I agree they looked really bad but if they played more i think they should have just moved hiko to sentinel as they ve already planned, babyj seemed like an agressive player with the skills to back it up he could play initiators like kayo or whatever ec1s was very fast and good at trading so a more active agent would do him good too Asuna should just keep playing duelist and stay away from chamber and ethan is solid on smokes or could play chamber. I think if they just rethink their comp they could have been good.But whatever it is what it is.

So why compare them? The cases are not even similar

Yes but why would you want Scream to Op?They have Nivera and Jamppi i think they will pick up Chamber to Op and let ScreaM do the rifle work. In my opinion the reason why liquid as a team is good is because i feel like many players can play multiple roles and that ability will be crucial in the future as new agents,maps come in.It will be really interesting to see how they evolve as a team, i hope they stick to this roster and then we can expect great things from them.

I think you are wrong they are one of the only teams that qualified for all the internetional events they were at Iceland masters,Berlin masters and at Champions. So if anything they will qualify i don t know about the quality of their game though if their coach leaves :/
