4/16/2 SHEEESH Cryo
This year I've been getting into reading fantasy books and it's been a blast for me. I'm still relatively new to the whole fantasy book genre, but I could use some more recommendations. Here is the little that I've accomplished so far:
Finished:
-Avatar Kyoshi novels (Took me a week to complete both books)
-Mistborn Era 1 (Took me a month and a half to finish all 3 books)
Currently reading:
-Warbreaker (about 1/3 into it so far)
Own and plan to read:
-Lord of the Rings trilogy (Have not seen the movies either)
-The Hobbit
-The Silmarillion
-Stormlight Archives 1-3
Just looking for recommendations to add to my goodreads.com list. I'm fine with stand alone or long standing series as long as it's not too long. Below are series I plan to read or don't have interest in.
Don't own yet, but plan to get:
-The Kingkiller Chronicles
-Mistborn Era 2
-Rhythm of War (Although this depends on if I enjoy the other Stormlight Books)
-The First Law
-The Green Bone Saga
Not interested in reading:
-Young Adult or Middle Grade (Kyoshi novels were an exception since I love the Avatar universe and it was my first fantasy novel)
-ASOIAF (maybe if Winds of Winter actually gets released, then I might dive back into Game of Thrones)
-Wheel of Time (too much of a commitment)
-Anything else by Brandon Sanderson (I've already got enough from the Cosmere)
I still thought it was good, especially the first half of the movie, but wasn't a massive fan of the second half.
-Your Name
-No Country for Old Men
-Avatar
It used to not be, but nowadays it is. It's a good satirical film though.
L for Coraline.
Derke is becoming a Chamber one trick now. Played the agent the last 5 maps he's played.
This will be a hood classic in a couple of years
Wait so you leave the shit in your ass? That's gross man
GIGACHAD
I will say, Valorant NEEDS crowds sooner rather than later, because holy shit does it make the experience incredible. The more events we get with no crowds, the less exciting they feel.
They traded with T1: https://twitter.com/T1/status/1526004723685265408 T1 Xeta, wtf?
I mean, a Kay/o or Skye would be nice for Breeze and Ascent.
Yea NA isn't great, but I found the last CS:GO Danish LAN crowd to be the worst I've ever seen in esports so far.
Yes they won 13-8 on Ascent against FaZe
I find it fitting that the two finalists of Masters 1 are playing at the same time.
I really like how OpTic utilize Neon wall.
Of course Brandon (bdog) Sanders is a god, since his name is so close to a goated fantasy author
sheesh bdog with the +33
SicK should at least put some time in Brimstone for certain maps. Astra is no longer necessary, so all he needs is Brimstone for Bind and Fracture, Omen for Split, Ascent, and Haven, Sage for Icebox, and whatever the fuck for Breeze.
No Raze on Bind is so troll. Even before the Jett nerfs, Raze was preferred on Bind. Brimstone or Astra over Omen on this map for sure. Sova is still fine on this map, but definitely a bit dated, especially after the nerfs.
I really don't like that SEN still pick Jett on Bind. Raze should absolutely be a must pick. Also don't like Omen over Brimstone on this map.
This 100T squad looks disgusting. Hopefully this isn't just a honeymoon period.
You're saying that like it's a bad thing.
Thankfully no full Danish teams will be present.
I've heard bad things about Bleach after the Soul Society arc.
I'm hoping they can somehow do it again. Season 1 was almost perfect man.
Season 4 slows down a little after Box Cutter, so 5 > 4, but 4 is still absolutely incredible.
Season 4 of GoT imo is the greatest season of television ever, but 3 is pretty close.
I do agree with HIMYM, but 3 and 4 were amazing.
This is the next show I plan to watch. Have heard great things about it.
I finished Season 1 a couple of days ago and have recently started Season 2. It's pretty good, but nothing amazing imo.
I enjoyed the Walking Dead up to the end of Season 6, but other than MAYBE seasons 1 and 4, I wouldn't consider the it top tier. The thing about that show is that each season had some high highs, but then low lows, so it wasn't super consistent. Then it was nothing but lows in Season 7 and 8 and I gave up.
Disagree with S5 of The Wire. It's still good, but no where near as good as 1 and 3-4. It's easily the weakest season for The Wire. I've heard bad things about the last season of Broklynn 99. I'm gonna watch The Sopranos this year.
Probably because I haven't seen it.
I've never gotten around to Friends. No time nowadays.
Idk how I forgot that. Then again, I've never seen Seasons 2 and 3.
I forgot about mini series. Adding since I've seen Chernobyl and Band of Brothers.
Season 3 imo is on par with ATLA Seasons 2 and 3, but I know that's a controversial take. I still think Season 1 and the beginning of Season 4 are good. Season 2 and the later chunk of Season 4 are pretty bad though.
Great show. Will say Season 1 wasn't as good on rewatch though.
Probably gonna add some since I forgot some mini series like Chernobyl and Band of Brothers.
