my personal opinion is this roster is fine and honestly a trophy-winning team or atleast a team that can win regionally.

though i would also replace cryo, you need someone with more agent flexibility than him

kess (flash/flex/senti)
asuna (perma flash and find a good duelist player or perma duelist and find a good flash player)
personally my picks are: nismo (perma flash) reduxx (perma duelist) bcj (perma flash) stellar (perma flash) pa1nt (perma duelist)

i think asuna leaving is also fine, BUT not necessary and therefor you pick up two of the players i mentioned
