According to Cortezia and Xenom's recent interviews after the game vs LEV, they don't have problems outside the server as they're all chill with eachother and are doing their best in scrims, but they for some reason can't perform inside the server, as they're trying their best individually but are absolutely lost as a team with no fundamentals, and they say its frustrating to see no results.

IMO it seems like it's a problem of a once succesful team losing who can't identify why they're losing, and despite their best efforts in practice to solve the team inside the server, when the results are just another loss, the mental and vibes are absolutely gone.

TLDR: From their interviews, no serious drama between them, but they're all clueless on how to win because their teamplay became godawful, everyones mental boomed so vibes gone, I think Champs is far gone :/
