NA LCQ favorites are literally between 3 teams: 100T, XSET and C9B. C9B is the underdog winner of the three, so hopium or not they got a chance like any other team in the LCQ.

TS is trying new strats, not saving them. The meta will change two months from now, which will be champions time by then.
edit: them underperforming also adds to the equation.
what war lmfao. this is actually a reasonable take.
agent ban only works when there is a large agent pool. KJC is a nice experiment, but following Leagues footsteps will take some time.
forgot about them, will put them at s++
Thanks! My tierlist isn't that comprehensive as teams vary at certain maps and agents, but I will definitely use your suggestions.
This would be my list and is more accurate before KJC Invitational. Just like in any sport, the competitive scene changes and teams adapt. Rankings aren't static. The reasoning for Team Secret being 5 on my list is obvious due to their performance in KJC Invitational.
I'll be sure to include them after KJC Invitational ends.
I need some reasoning for this, but I'll consider changing it. I personally think that Full Sense will underperform, but they are definitely one of the best teams in SEA.
Team Secret will definitely perform well and have potential to be S+. Right now they're not playing at a level where they should be.
Updated 2021-10-10
This ranking / tierlist is based on the SEA Valorant scene right now, meaning teams like X10 Esports would be inaccurately included as there is no recent data to support their ranking. Roster changes have also been considered.

There is a lot of individual bias in this ranking, so please recommend some changes. If you have any questions for my reasoning, I'll try my best to answer them.
EDIT:
Despite TMosura's suggestion of varying rankings, I think a specific value for 1 team gives us a more clear idea of the scene as a standing. I completely agree with what they say about teams being very close, but for this ranking I want it to be clear for those who aren't following the SEA scene which teams are more distinctively better than another.
I've also added SSS for PRX, whether it is inaccurate or not will depend on LCQ, but I'm 100% certain that they are currently the best team in SEA. After watching their games, and their obvious distinctive playstyle in accordance to the metas, as well as how they adapted perfectly to the KJC agent bans, there's a considerable gap between PRX and other SEA teams. Imagine KRU of SEA, that's how I see it. X10 Esports have yet to prove themselves of this caliber due to no recent performance. I honestly think that Paper Rex would've been a better candidate for Champions than Team Secret, but obviously Team Secret won that challenger playoffs fair and square.
As for top 10, TMosura's analysis of the scene is the most accurate I've seen as of date. SEA's top 10 cannot be ranked perfectly according to a specific ELO, as the variables of maps and agents make certain teams better or worse than others. Despite of performance, team chemistry and other notable factors, my decision on this ranking has been both personal bias and community bias. This is why I ask for suggestions on the ranking, because I know I alone will make human errors despite my analysis of the scene with statistics in mind.
Regardless, as a Canadian viewer following SEA and NA, I certainly think without a doubt of personal feelings, that SEA have the potential to be a top contender in Valorant.
This tierlist is to be updated again once APAC LCQ ends, which will determine a realistic standing for SEA coming into VCT 2022.
Please let me know if there are any other things I should change / include.
This is gonna be an intense one.
Subroza and Wardell are also a consideration. Man Canada is stacked.
Jammyz is the best F/A on the market rn, hope he gets signed.
All those rumours made people fall deep into an echo chamber. Gaslighting 101
G2 vs SEN at finals rather than groups would've reach 2m+ views easily.
ggs, closest 3-0 i've watched other than fnatic vs sen
wow how could you predict that your a god
Would rather see NV vs Gambit then another rematch between 100T and Gambit. Something new would be nice. If it's a stomp then Gambit is the best team in the world.
Since it's 9-3. 100T had the greatest comebacks in this event, it's more practical for them to perform better under pressure.
EDIT: 11-3 comeback (copium)
Missing TR, but I think your ranking is pretty solid.
I don't think a lot of people liked the format tbh, let's hope they do better for champions.
anything can happen tbh, talk after the game is over
everyone sleeping on this guy. single handedly stopped the unstoppable comeback made by SEN on haven
should've asked this question before today's matches lol. I think 100T vs Gambit is good as well.
All very interesting matches. The teams I thought would reach the finals were eliminated. Competitive Valorant is really unpredictable.
Easily the best in the whole event
I didn't get to see earlier but did you bet anything for today's game?
Shiba will outperform f0rsakeN copium
It's not that surprising. He used to be an aggressive player in cs, trying to convert that to valorant is almost instinctual for someone like him.
Saying PRX > Acend is too far-fetched. VS was clearly saving strats against PRX and played phenomenally against Acend. Not trying to discredit PRX tho, from the matches I've saw clearly SEA > BR > JP
If you haven't noticed yet, all of NA seeds have struggled on Icebox.
1 - PRX (My sleep schedule was fucked for the entire Berlin qualifiers, so I watched mostly SEA region when it was live. I support NA but at the same time love a good underdog story.)
2 - Envy (Used to tune in yay's stream a lot when he was prominent in cs and now in valorant, and he is a great guy.)
3 - Gambit (Ice cold persona from the russians, as if they have the aura of fearlessness surrounding them.)
4 - VS & 5 - 100T (Methodical gameplay, using abilities to capture objective points which greatly contrasts team like SMB which relies on firepower)
6 - SEN (NA)
Man you're underrating PRX. There's a reason why it was such a close match, and it's so apparent people underestimate PRX too much.
