Where do you see yourself Pick Ems wise after these couple of days?

I can see that a Valorant scene is a bit different than CS2 is, my goal is to learn more from all of you guys because it's a big switch to another game after spending more than a decade getting to know counter strike teams.
I'm all about the debate, and would like to see more guys not getting into non useful conversations, we're all here to discuss the game, nothing else :D

I'm new to this game, started playing not that long ago, and was wondering couple of things:

1. Which teams are considered underdogs that can upset some top tier 1 teams?
2. How many big tournaments are played during the year?
3. How many tournaments like this (that you can play Pick Ems) we have in one year?
