I felt the same !! The withdrawal symptoms were hard to deal with
I think there is a quote from that book that says you don't love smoking, you love the idea of it. It might be a good read, will check on it soon. Thanks for suggestion.
Just try not to get addicted to it. The aftertaste of cigrattes has always given me the icks
It got to the point where I needed to smoke to do even basic chores. Realized it's time to change
Smoking a lot lately, started few years back , was a casual smoker but over the time it has seemingly increased to the time that I end up smoking a pack someday. Usually it has been around 10-15 pack a month on average, and as my health continues to worsen I have decided to leave this shit for good. Why do I need to post this here ? well, sort of accountability part as keep on checking on this website time to time , so better use it for good!
