B because texture and derke and buzz are three of the top duelists throughout the history of VCT for their entry ability. I get scared watching players get rushed by any of these three and that's a sign of a very good entry duelist.

Beyn is underrated. I have explained this before but on DRX it is often the initiator who takes the role of full support with util for the team. Before it was zest, then stax and now beyn. They have fragging ability but their role on the team doesn't allow them to frag out. It's different from baiting because they are still assisting and setting teammates up. Take a look at the number of assists that beyn gets and it's like 2023 mako numbers. It's crazy. Long story short, teams like DRX will always have the background support player that makes everything work smoothly. Mako is the only player on the team and in general who was able to do both at the same time which is why he's the best. But beyn is amazing when he needs to be.
It's only good if it suits you... KC absolutely didn't deserve to be at champions and if vitality didn't go on the run they did, KC would have made it to champions when they weren't just the worst team in playoffs, but also worse than teams like M8 and TL that missed out on playoffs. LCQ is better because it actually sends the team that is performing the best through to champions, especially if the lcq format is good like double elim. Also we saw that champs points were redundant in regions like pacific where the teams in the middle were evenly tied so it was like a 4th spot for whoever won the knockout match. RRQ is better than both TS and talon but because they lost to geng and didn't have a second chance like they might have had in an LCQ style format, they missed out because they unluckily got matched against the best team in pacific every time a single elimination or LAN qualification match came up.

no but can someone actually answer me as to why we think its ok to hate on geng for bombing out of champions, when LOUD and EG also sucked at some point in their best years?? this is proof that its very difficult for a team to stay consistent for an entire year, and in the 4 years that VCT has been going on, only one team has done it and even they are falling off now.
actually i really love vitality but trace and G2 recently have won my hearts...

wow, its almost like LOUD didnt do the exact same thing in 2022 and ended up winning champions and its not like we rated them as the best team of the year back then, right?? or like how EG almost didnt qual for masters tokyo but ended up coming second and winning champions, despite not even coming close to making it for masters 1 2023, right??

i will go first:
TH, G2, DRX, Trace.
Honestly I thought the other geng players would get even more love considering lakia doesn't frag out. I think people don't realise that not everyone is meant to be a a fragger on a team. The initiators tend to not frag out when they are supposed to support. I know from his early days that he was always the type of initiator that solely works on setting up his teammates. Geng also did so well this year and that takes all 5 players stepping up, especially when you are against the best of the best players in the world.
not NUTURN, i would have remembered if it was a team like DK, F4Q, TNL, NUTURN or RIO or WGS but it was another team idk what it was. this was after masters 1 2021 so it wasnt T1 or C9 either.
GUILD vs FPX masters 1 2021 i think. it was so fun to watch. For NA is was GENG vs IMT in challengers at some point, and i know that for korea the first match i watched was VS against some random KR team that i cant remember the name of now.
edit: this is why i love guild and more specifically sayf and leo. and why i hate ange1. i was cheering for guild so hard and this boomer comes in and shoots their heads, and i thought who is this ange1 guy i hate him.
I haven't watched all the games so I can't say but trexx definitely deserves to be there.

But then DRX would have won top seed and would have entered that horrible group B. So no I'm glad geng bit the bullet. They already won an international tournament this year.

Madrid: both emea representatives came almost dead last.
Masters: TH was the only team doing anything
Champions: better but fnstic lost to drx and vitality lost to China. TH once again carrying the region.
Everyone will forget prx when they get slapped by edg so it's just us looking into the future.
I would say optic was the best in 2022
DRX and group of death. OR DRX and literally always getting out of groups no matter how tough or messy they are.
DRX last hope of pacific because lets be real, edg is looking too strong rn. it would be so poetic for them to save the region and win on home turf. I welcome all bandwagon DRX fans but I cannot promise that you won't be heartbroken if DRX chokes.

Nope. I say this every time. Either trexx or sayf need to pop off hard for vitality to win a map. I still stand by that fact. Kicks or runner stepping up doesn't matter because they won't win most of the time if trexx and sayf have a bad day.
DRX released a statement basically saying that the allegations are false and the guy who translated the girls tweets also apologised because apparently he exaggerated and wasn't clear about the situation. That's all I know

The issue is these are only the relevant chill ones. I am basically an unknown piece of trash despite me having been active on this site for a long time. I would say I'm pretty chill but no one knows me because I don't average over 10 posts a day anymore.
I'm simply shocked that trexx didn't even make it to honourable mentions.but I guess no one knew him even when he was on guild...
I've recently been listening to Adele a lot more and she's really talented, so for now i would say Adele.
