it would be a bit harsh on the qf teams to make them play a bo3 then (possibly) a bo5 immediately after, so maybe they have 100T vs VIT/TH today and C9 vs TL/KRU tomorrow. but then it isnt fair for C9/TL/KRU, since they might have to play 2 bo5s in one day. Therefore, this probably means that the matches today and the semis might just be normal bo3s, because the schedule doesnt allow for 2 bo3s and 2 bo5s to be played today, and in the interest of fairness, having a semis game tomorrow isnt fair either, unless both semis games are played tomorrow (in which case they can be bo5s or played with the homeground format) and the finals are played on monday (as a normal bo5).

i think the finals will be tomorrow and that might be a normal bo5, because a 2-0 finals would just be boring.

He is not killing 40+ per map because ShahZam tells TenZ that he can't change his mouse or sens during the game which really messes up flow... and lets be honest, every single duelist nowadays gets 20+ kills per map because team and setups are basically built around you, but SEN all try to make individual plays which prevents TenZ from DOMINATING.

Well optic lost the first match of some their international tournaments, and dropped a map to the last place team at champions. Does that mean optic suck? Not really. You can't judge c9 fully so early. I know it isn't the same thing, but you have to remember that optic even lost their first official match of 2022 too. Did that mean they sucked? No. I won't say anything with 100% certainty about c9 just yet.

THATS what i was thinking, right? but i assumed that there would be a LAN in different cities, like tokyo. but seoul and LA are still 2 really good spots to hold LANs imo, so idk, masters and champions could still be held in the 3 franchising cities.
