Invy also played with WildOreo last year. KellyS has played with Invy too. If you resort to calling me a dumbass and brainless, it doesn't really help your argument. South Korea left out some of their best players while the Philippines' best players have all been in the same environment for years as well. Knowing that and how Korean teams have been underperforming lately, I put the Philippines above them. But if things change in Stage 2, there will be changes to my ranking. Is this clear? It can change. This isn't the final rankings. Okay? See how I can retort your point without resorting to ad hominem?

stick to learning basic history and geography.

That guy has been saying the weirdest shit for days. Don't mind him, he deserves to be in a mental asylum.

At least we are actually at EWC unlike your team that made choking their pass time in Stage 1.

posted 3 hours ago

what has full sense done in pacific and in internationals? at least prx makes international finals unlike your sorry ass team.

posted 3 hours ago

enjoy not having a single trophy (regional or international) ever.

posted 3 hours ago

Didn't you read a single thing I said about how most PH players played for the same org at some point? How many of your Koreans made Masters London? Ever since the Yoru nerfs hit, NS looked lost and underwhelming. T1 are the biggest frauds in Pacific, couldn't even beat FS. I'm basing my list on the most recent events, not whether someone won a Masters alone.

posted 3 hours ago

Neon and Saadhak are on the roster. Dantedeus also plays in Tier 1. You're kidding right?

posted 3 hours ago

Please watch a single match of Zeus. Also 6/7 players have played with each other on Oasis Gaming so chemistry is there. Patmen and Invy are already proven to do well against international competition and xavi is a Top 3 igl in Pacific.

posted 3 hours ago

I'm gonna change things up after Stage 2 and Champs. We will see but Brazil on paper looks scary rn.

posted 3 hours ago

Primmie and friends will pass up a Masters winner and 2x finalist? Lmao thanks for making me laugh i guess?

When was the last time VCT went non-LAN?

posted 2 days ago

I'm not saying that I won't watch it and I'm not saying that I have a moral high ground here. I am saying that the recognition of the atrocities being committed in Saudi Arabia and being informed of it. Many people watch the World Cup despite the US atrocities. I'm not saying that we should cancel the EWC or ENC, I'm saying that being able to recognize the atrocities of Saudi Arabia is vital in understanding the context of the tournament. It is fair for people watching to know how this tournament came to be.

If I were this biased, I'd put Philippines #1

posted 2 days ago

How about the British that colonized the most land in human history? How about the Spanish and Portuguese who literally made the pope divide the world (Treaty of Tordesillas)? The Germans that started two world wars? The French who dealt severe atrocities in some parts of Africa? Even the Belgians and their treatment of the Congolese? The way Western powers divided and conquered Africa was literally called the "R*** of Africa". Do you think that what the Mongols did is comparable to all of this?

posted 2 days ago

No, I won't. The problem here is that the tournament is being sponsored by the government of KSA itself. Any government trying to use esports as a way to distance themselves from their crimes is unacceptable. Same can be said with the US and their hosting of the 2026 World Cup.

posted 2 days ago

Also the non-LAN qualifiers that make players play in a high ping.

posted 2 days ago

What I'm saying is about the fans and the strong consensus that this tournament does not sit with the VCT circuit. Of course players will take it seriously.

posted 2 days ago

Yes. I agree. I'm talking about the fans POV. I never said players don't take it seriously. I am saying that for fans, it doesn't have the same juice as the normal VCT circuit.

What you said is true that Eastern minds are starting to catch up. However, why did it take so long? Because of colonialism that halted innovation.

posted 2 days ago

Not irrespective, despite of suppression.

posted 2 days ago

As I mentioned, other non-European societies already developed scientific theories. If it were not for Europeans completely lambasting every single part of the world, then no halt of progress would have occurred in other parts of the world. If you people just left us alone, then we might have developed our own concepts and principles. But since you Europeans can't keep your hands to yourself and have to colonize other parts of the world for resources, you halted innovation in other parts of the globe. As I said in another comment, innovation requires development. Newton's law of universal gravitation was published in 1687, long after the start of the age of exploration. As a result of your dominance in colonialism, you managed to convince most of the world that Eurocentrism is valid. It is called the "colonial mentality".

posted 2 days ago

Innovation requires development to proceed. Wonder why Africa and Southeast Asia are not well developed, it is still due to neocolonialism and the remnants of the past colonial experiences from European powers.

posted 2 days ago

Ancient Indians already had concepts of gravity as early as the 11th century. During the Islamic Golden Age, there were also studies by Arab scholars way before Newton was born. Europeans burnt and destroyed historical knowledge from other parts of the world during their rampage. I have a degree in history so stfu.

posted 2 days ago

You repressed scientific knowledge in other parts of the world during your age of exploration

posted 2 days ago

Take a history class.

posted 2 days ago

yeah because you colonized most of the world.

Saudi Arabia seeks to diversify its economy through investing in other industries (sports and esports included) so that they won't be too reliant on oil. However, the secondary intention that Saudi has is to develop its image in the world stage. This is true with Qatar hosting the 2022 World Cup as their way of improving their image despite human rights violations and the same can be said about Saudi with ENC and EWC. This is sportswashing, hosting events to improve your image.

posted 2 days ago

My two favorite teams are in EWC (100T and PRX) but I don't go around parading that we will win something major when we win EWC.

posted 2 days ago

You don't have a clue on what sportswashing is, don't you?

posted 2 days ago

I agree that it is worse than a masters. Slightly is a stretch because the qualifiers are non-LAN and some players had to play with extreme ping disadvantage (especially here in Pacific).

posted 2 days ago

Isn't it true tho? EMEA's only claim to a trophy is a tournament hosted by Saudi Arabia's public investment fund. Sportswashing has been a problem in many sports and unfortunately you are one of those victims.

posted 2 days ago

I disagree with this because EWC is an off season tournament that doesn't have a place in the regular circuit.

posted 2 days ago

I don't have to suck Saudi's cock to have my region get a trophy.

posted 2 days ago

Exceptions occur in nature. But if you're gonna tell me that EWC is valid despite its format when there are more examples of Valorant tourneys being Double Elim, then idk what to tell you. The delusion from EMEA fans trying so hard to make EWC a thing when the solid consensus among the community is that it isn't is striking. Maybe you're just using it as a coping mechanism because you can't win shit in the regular circuit that you need to suck Saudi Arabia's cock to win.

posted 2 days ago

So it is a mickey, then.

posted 2 days ago

It's fun to watch more Valorant, yes. But why would I value a blood money off-season tournament the same way I value a Masters?

posted 2 days ago

Wanting to see more 3rd party tournaments does not equate to valuing them the same as the regular circuit.

posted 2 days ago

Point still stands. Lock//In is the exception to the overall rule that double elims have been more or less the norm since partnership. If Lock//In was so great then why didnt Riot do it again? I'm talking about tradition here and you point out the single tournament that broke tradition but didn't happen ever again.

posted 2 days ago

No. Your logic is flawed because you have to point to another esport to support it. This is valorant and every vct tournament has been double elim. If the tradition in CS is Single elim then go ahead but we're not talking about CS, are we?

posted 2 days ago

Korea that didnt even pick the likes of Texture and Hyunmin. Lmao, I'll take my Pinoys anyday.

posted 2 days ago

I had them at 3 but then I thought to myself that they are playing Marved and TenZ so I put them below Turkiye but I still cant put them below because TenZ is still TenZ that can pull the craziest shit when he needs too. I hope they dont start Marved tho.

posted 2 days ago

I cant put them above any other team unfortunately.

posted 2 days ago

No. All of the players in that team except 1 (Patmen) have played in Oasis Gaming before going to Tier 1, so the chemistry is amazing. Xavi is a great IGL as well that led Global to London. Having a masters winner and a two time finalist is not top 3 worthy?

posted 2 days ago

I put them low but I can see them in the Top 20. Those players you have are undiscovered talents and I appreciate them and what they bring to the table. I also cried seeing them celebrate winning vs Indonesia.

posted 3 days ago

The 32nd team is TBD

posted 3 days ago

I'd put you over us (Philippines) if you had a true IGL on the team. Exciting team tho.

posted 3 days ago

I can't see India placing higher than 25 unfortunately.
