This tournament is so goddamn unique and fun for being the first major, upsets and performances from underdogs and being so unpredictable. Thank you valorant for champions tourney. Congrats to all the teams that made to the playoffs.

Even the teams we've seen are being very unpredictable.
I've already lost 30k channel points as the matches are so damn unpredictable, the pickems are all messed up as well. Every team is somehow pulling out some card and just surprising us.

Yeah they could be and I don't doubt their capabilities, its just that VS didn't look like the VS we've seen before.
NV looks like Acend when they were against VK, could be some reason why teams look just off on some days. Similar when VS went against Fnatic.

Its about pride, nationalism and how you're seen on the world stage. No one wants to be disrespected in front of many people so their reaction is understandable to some extent. But to send death threats and stuff is where things cross the line and I think at this point people are just mad at zombs and made him the "common enemy".
With the return of CSGO tourneys and many other esport title tourney, Valorant being only a year old is actually doing great in terms of viewership and it hasn't yet been established since many people are just witnessing how the first year is. On top of that many people kinda expect set teams to qualify so group stages are not the main focus (given many matches have been amazing and close).
