lets not talk about iceland 2021, the changes they made were needed for the team and you can call it honeymoon i dont care. they lost to kru but that wasnt a part of honeymoon, fnatic improved(without roster changes) after not qualifying for berlin and hence defeated c9 and vs, their loss to kru, many people forget was after they threw their lead on haven which they could've potentially closed out at 2-0 lost. who knows if there was lower bracket what could've happened but i can agree fnc lost but didnt necessarily mean they were on honeymoon initially and then lost later in the tournament. people keep forgetting that fnc lost to fpx and g2 on a new patch, and its often not the easiest of job to be willing to work that hard after defeating m3c in a 23-21 split and 2-1 series and already making iceland. i think fnc lost soley because of the new patch and effectively weak prep by their side and not cause their honeymoon suddenly stopped one day
