People have claimed that some KR teams cheat by positioning their sound muffling headphones in a way that they can hear the casters. In the past I have not believed this as my team (NS) were just as good (if not better) when they went to Santiago as they were in Korea. Likewise teams in the past such as GEN and DRX have had similar/better performances at intls than regionals
However watching this game its clear to me that we have found the team cheating. Without their cheats T1 look like one of the worst teams in all three real regions. I am convinced if you got Cloud 9, or Envy, up there they would beat T1. Please Riot investigate this.
