Unlike CS where everyone can fill nearly any role (even if they specialize in one. Like how s1mple AWPs but he can still rifle real good), Val has different characters which means 100% different roles, playstyles, and expected frag-power. The best Chamber at their peak will still frag better compared to the best, I dunno, Viper at their peak. However they could still be just as good as each other, because the agents they play changes the things that make them good. A chamber needs to frag out to be good, and a viper needs to use util well to be good.
