nah bro LOUD aren't getting grouped...

totally valid, I just think Marved is too good to pass up on, although Zander brings the package of controller with IGL, Marved + FNS chemistry could be good and FNS's calling is amazing and he fills the sentinel role on maps where chamber may not be first choice. Mada also provides much more firepower in the flex role than JonahP as well. The one swap that could make this team better is effys for eeiu, otherwise strong team!

I don't blame you for making a worse team, I kinda picked the best Canadian players there are LMAO

Canada:
Tenz - Duelist/Chamber
Marved - Smokes
Mada - Flex (Raze/KayO)
Effys - Initiator
FNS - IGL (Sentinel/Viper)

SEN trajectory throughout the last year:
Top 1 Int'l (M2), Top 8 Int'l (M3), Grouped (Champs), Top 6 (Regionally), Currently on track to be bottom of group B (Top 10 Regionally), and the most logical continuation of this trend is them not making the closed qualifier of next event, but that's impossible given their status in the scene with franchising next year.

This steady decline is no fluke, from being on top of the world to the bottom of their own region, they have CLEARLY shown complacency. Esp. in this stage, the lack of willingness to adapt to meta, playing jett on raze favored maps like Split and Bind as a band-aid fix, barely any chamber of most maps (which is currently broken) and a HUGE role overlap between SicK and Kanpeki. While both are great players in their own regard, SicK has already proven himself as a consistently good flex player, why switch to smokes now? This team hasn't found any REAL fixes to their problems yet, and their strategical depth is terrible, half of their map wins come from "TenZ go Kill", and they lose a majority of maps in which TenZ doesn't top frag. Coincidence? No.

And no, KRU were not simply "just better", blowing 8-4 leads on back to back maps is no fluke considering they didn't pick up their game right where they left off in the next year of play and still struggled, this time regionally, something SEN has not struggled with EVER in NA Valorant. This team has too many problems, and NOT enough fixes at the moment...

NO 13-0 THIS T3 TEAM SENTINELS TAKING ROUND OFF OF MASTERS REYKJAVIK CHAMPS OPTIC??? OPTC WASHED CONFIRMED LOSING TO T3 TEAM KEKW COPIUM

posted about a year ago

This team has been doomed since winning Masters 2 Reykjavik! Complacency has been their strongest forte, and the dream team became the stream team slowly but surely. Nevertheless, this team doesn't play like a team and their fundamentals have gotten lost over the last year... The reason this team cops so much shit from the community is not that they are individually bad, rather everyone realizes the potential of this team and the pitfalls they fall into causing their demise...

Regardless, I've never been more proud to be a SEN fan. (pls disband soon)

FNC 2-0 ACE
only 3 rounds off of the actual game!

posted about a year ago

FNC 2-1 ACE or FNC 2-0 ACE
(13-10, 9-13, 13-4) OR (13-5, 13-6)
Alfajer + Derke too nasty, ACE plays 2 close maps and gets wiped on map 3 or get wiped on map 1 and 2

XSET 2-1 100T
(8-13, 13-10, 13-10)
Cryo carry, but 100T teamplay lookin good recently, they take a map in this series

i know, im just saying that both of their teams are playing in the VCT circuit, which isnt allowed?

posted about 2 years ago

i mean the team kinda does have OG in the name i dont think they have no relationship if the partnership gives them naming rights

posted about 2 years ago

Just a question...

How do OG have 2 teams (one in the VCT Stage 2 as "OG LDN UTD" and one in the VRL France as "OG")

Does the "OG" roster function like an academy roster, and VRLs are considered independent of the VCT circuit? Cause VRLs are used to promote into VCT, Riot ruled that an orgs cannot have 2 teams in the same VCT circuit. Just a thought!

LMFAOOO AKREW HAD TO INVEST ORBITAL STRIKE AGAINST FULL CLASSICS

posted about 2 years ago

This move was actually a long time coming and Sinatraa's resuspension actually makes the Kanpeki move extremely obvious now. SEN must've been trying to work Sinatraa back into the roster and bench Zombs for a long time, but following Riot's resuspension (training requirement) for Sinatraa, they picked up Kanpeki to fill the exact same roles he was supposed to play! Overall, good move for SEN

Tex is too insane to drop, plus he has nice chemistry with the guys on this team. Adding Sinatraa is NOT an instant buff to every team!

This could be a completely baseless claim but SicK is the only SEN player i've seen that plays agents he would play in officials (e.g. he would play Skye on Breeze, Skye on Haven, Sage on Icebox, Raze on Bind, etc.). Recently he's been playing Viper on Icebox (uncharacteristic), Viper on Breeze, Omen on Haven, etc.

DISCLAIMER: again I have 0 idea if these picks align with his agent pool in officials as he is a certified troll and plays jett on every map in ranked if he feels like it. im just saying, he's been playing a lotta smokes recently when he normally doesnt BUT it could be troll so take this with a grain of salt.

(This could fix SEN's role issues with the Kanpeki move)

they're a good team but DRX is used to setting the pace of every round and dictating the tempo of the match as a whole. when they lose that control they start to spiral, plus what the desk talked about with their difficulty to play on the fly and "pug" but their insane prep allows them to still play really well. DRX are just out of their comfort zone!

Viewership for Valorant won't be as high as its peaks because of SEN being absent from this event. As sad as it is, sentinels drive viewership in this game like crazy. At champs, even after getting grouped they still had 2/4 of the 4 highest viewed matches at the event... in the GROUP stage. Similarly, sentinels held 3/5 of the top viewed matches at Masters Berlin, with their 2 matches in the GROUP stage against G2 being the 2 highest viewed in the entire tournament... even over the final. Last, 2021 Masters Reykjavik SEN had 3/5 of the top viewed matches with their final against Fnatic breaking 1M in viewership for the first time in Valorant. These guys run this game...

It's probably SEN, Zombs switches to content, SicK plays smokes full-time, Sinatraa plays sova on maps he isn't playing raze, Shahz fills the sova role on maps like bind when Sinatraa plays raze.

Most Likely Roles:
TenZ (Primary Duelist)
SicK (smokes)
Sinatraa (raze/sova)
ShahZaM (sova/flex)
dapr (sentinel)

OR
TenZ (Primary Duelist)
SicK (Flex)
dapr (smokes)
ShahZaM (sentinel [perma-chamber])
Sinatraa (raze/sova)
