I think you’re wrong about the Jinx situation. They left it ambiguous for this very reason. Casual viewers aren’t going to notice a frame of a pink streak, and it’s only implied she survives. She breaks the cycle by escaping the constraints of piltover/zaun and starting a new life. I agree the ending was super rushed but I felt it more with Caitlyn and Vi than anything else. Their story god muddled down for the sake of other narratives being boosted, like the sex scene just felt unneeded (and this is coming from a lesbian who desperately wanted the scene) and out of place. Jinx was suicidal yes, but she also found reasons to keep living in Vi and Ekko, she just can’t accept that quite yet. I’m sure if we do end up getting the Noxus show with Swain that the gang will make an appearance, but yeah the show went from a 10/10 to a 9.5/10 with the ending for sure. they did have to play 8 maps on their first day of officials ever, imo the same shit happened to Ambrosia it’s near impossible to win the decider coming from the uppers, having to play that much at that level (especially with just narrowly missing out on beating YFP) for a new team and a new igl is hard asf.
