STATS

mwzera https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/VK%20mwzera%234324/overview?playlist=competitive&season=all
cNed https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/ACE%20cNed%23carry/overview?season=all
TenZ https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/SEN%20TenZ%230505/overview?playlist=competitive&season=all

DEATHMATCH STATS
mwzera - 86% win rate (thats the insaniest thing ive seen in a while)
cNed - stats not availiable
TenZ - 73% win rate

RANKED STATS
mwzera - 66.3% winrate (MVP of 95% of the matches) proof here https://imgur.com/StiJmpg
cNed - 53.5% winrate (MVP of 13% of the matches)
TenZ - 60.4% winrate (MVP of 15% of the matches)

can you take your time to appreciate how insane mwzera is? without a doubt the most talented player to ever touch the game

I'll try to explain briefly why I think he is the best player in the world
Despite his insane aim and movement
The best way to know if a player is a good duelist is RAZE. There is a BIG difference between a good duelist and a jett abuser
If he is a good duelist, he needs to be good with raze.

heat? not good with raze
aspas? not good with raze
xand? not good with raze
tenz? not good with raze
cned? not good with raze
scream? not good with raze
d3ffo? not good with raze
derke? not good with raze

Thats why I think he is undoubtely the best player in the world. If RIOT by any means decides to nerf jett and shift the meta we prolly not gonna even hear names like cned and tenz again :>
He is not killing 40+ per map because when he joined VK he was forced to play a different role because heat is already a main jett... and lets be honest, every single duelist nowadays gets 20+ kills per map because team and setups are basically built around you (even steel managed to get 20 kills with it https://www.vlr.gg/29398/sentinels-vs-100-thieves-champions-tour-north-america-stage-3-challengers-playoffs-gf/?game=46692&tab=overview)

any official statement of whos playing in tokyo?
foxy or zest

posted 11 months ago

this song was good

posted 11 months ago

so like, uk that zest is prolly out and we haven't even seen foxy on the big stage right?

posted 11 months ago

theres still like 10 days to go for both teams to fix stuff and we have seen how teams can get on track in a week during the league. its a nice wake up call for both teams, altho i heard that it wasn't drx's starting now and they will play foxy in tokyo (idk why they didnt play him in pacific finals then).
we have seen seeding become irrelevant if teams work hard before lans and stay composed on lan so losing in regionals doesn't matter too much (remember 2022 optic lost all regional finals)

posted 11 months ago

listen i love stax and all the drx guys but you must be kidding yourself if you say that stax has the weakest midrounding out of all the top 5 teams (fnatic loud drx nrg navi) at lock in. stax wasn't the igl till champs and his igling leaves much to be desired.
if they had weak individuals they wouldn't been 4-0 against fpx and one map from beating prime optic and current loud
they have a highest fragging igl in the s tier apart from maybe sadhaak, the best smokes player the world, buzz would be a top 3 jett if his awp was good and rb is one of the best flexes
the reason they lost is a mixture of things
their surprisingly poor trading, messed up roles until champs, poor midrounding, lack of a duelist jett awp, rb underperforming against good teams.

posted 11 months ago

they placed 3rd itw for both champs and lock in how are they 5th in your book still 🗿

posted 11 months ago

i don't even like loud much but its insane how much they are underrated by non brazil vlr

posted 11 months ago

u mean rip navi

posted 11 months ago

you got more tech pauses atleast

posted 11 months ago

no need for navi flair, cned yoru is debuff enough

posted 11 months ago

lock in and champ 2022 peaks were very close to rio and paris major peaks, in a couple of years they will probably be the same size already

Sentinels won against envy by +2 twice in berlin qualifiers, right before their downfall
gambit also won against envy by +2 each in the first 2 maps of berlin grandfinals
we were robbed of this banger game
just imagine the clash of old style vs new style valorant in the grandfinals of berlin if sen didnt fall off
the team who dominated the double duelist meta for so long vs the team who basically shaped modern valorant by themselves, facing off in the grand finals of the 2nd biggest lan of the year
(gambit would still have won tho :P)

the way i see it, optic loud and fpx were the big three of 2022, and you cant predict any matchup between them for sure. they could all beat and lose to each other depending on the day, who was feeling it and who had better prep.

posted 11 months ago

Optic has been the most consistent core at lans with no bad events apart from ig champions. Their win was very deserved.

posted 11 months ago

respectable, you can never be too sure about any americas matchup

a far cry from carrying 100t at champs.
chamber nerfs didn't do him well apparently

posted 11 months ago

it'll prolly be a banger regardless with how both these teams are playing

posted 11 months ago

I know EG hasn't shown consistency at this elite level yet, but
the current ranking is looking like
eg
nrg
c9
sen (can switch with 100t)
100t (can switch with sen)

kinda funny how different it is from the ranking at pre-lockin and before the start of the league.
