BB's execution is really good. Even though there are some mistakes but their execution is just too good against SG, especially their retake. The 1v3 part was a throw because BB wasn't aware the B hall at all. Let's go map 2!

Edit: I want to see Kr1stal's Chamber so bad.

He is on LFT status right now, you can see at his tweet here. He's still part of REJECT but he wants to get transferred to another team.

Lately I've been seeing no sentinel with double controller (Viper, Brimstone/Omen/Astra), double initiator (Skye, Fade/Sova), and a duelist (mostly Raze). What do you think the "meta" comp in Bind and your opinion with no sentinel in this map?

posted about a year ago

JDT, if allow and Akame don't pop off in the game, RC is going to win.
RC, if they put takej on duelist other than Reyna, JDT likely will win.

I prefer IGZ/CGZ to go to playoff rather than SG at this point but sadge they were defeated by CR and BB. 🥺

You said what's in my mind about this match.

posted about a year ago

tbh I was malding when I watched the match earlier (I feel shitty ngl) because it didn't feel like VCT at all lmao. it feels like watching someone's rank streaming. the tension dropped so suddenly after watching ZETA vs. BB's match.

posted about a year ago

I guess it's okay to have that strat if the other teammates are also backing them up. And of course, the duo should be in zone too, but today it was only something.

posted about a year ago

FINALLY, ZETA vs. FAV. We didn't have the chance to see them in stage 1 this year and here they are.

posted about a year ago

Fisker is in zone today, I hope he can keep up the performance because he's known for being inconsistent and his movement is easily read by the enemies as well. Those aces, twice in a row, is just insane!

posted about a year ago

I think it's just my feeling or whatsoever but SG doesn't have solid strats at all? It's not only in this match but also previous matches as well. They rely heavily on their physicals. Their calls and executions are just bad in my opinion. They played like in unrated or competitive. In this match, Vici didn't pop off, something seemed okay but his play wasn't supported by his teammates at all.

I thought they were going to win the 2nd map but those entries... I don't know what to say anymore. In conclusion, I feel like they were throwing and maybe they will be defeated by BB tomorrow.

Can't wait to see you guys making a blast in the lower bracket! GLHF BB, I'm looking forward to your match tomorrow. <3

This match screams Fisker & Minty vs. something & Vici.

posted about a year ago

Yeah, I watched their match against EG and it wasn't effective imo.

posted about a year ago

takej is really strong as duelist but as I can see, it's only his Reyna. His Reyna is just strong but I'm confused on why RC copies OpTic's team comp. in Ascent. Experimenting? I don't know.

posted about a year ago

In my humble opinion, yes. This is just my opinion when I watched their match against Nth, I felt like his Raze became really passive when CR turned to attack side. But my view can change if neth can polish his Raze in Ascent or maybe Split as well? Because neth's Raze is stronger than Meiy imo.

posted about a year ago

CR is really strong in Bind to be honest but anything can happen. I'm curious about what will happen.

posted about a year ago

They make assumption based on their previous games I think, especially when CR played against Nth where CR lost the game. But as I can see, CR perhaps was experimenting their team compositions. I think since it's already the playoff, maybe this is one of the answer.

posted about a year ago

I wrote in this forum 2 weeks ago that CR should change their team comp in Ascent. I'm glad they did it? Maybe they also realize it. CR's team comp and each player's position is just perfect for them. I know mostly in CR play as flex but seeing them with their comfortable agents, makes my heart at ease.

Edit: Wow, finally CR break from Ascent and has their win in that map.

posted about a year ago

I think it's because Munchkin isn't in CR so they think that CR doesn't have any "carry" anymore. Also, looking at RC especially Reita, Medusa, and takej in stage 2 so far, they've been playing really good as well. Even ZETA DIVISION had some difficulties when they played against RC 2 weeks ago. But still, we won't know the result unless we see the match. Even if CR doesn't have Munchkin, I think they're still solid now even if sometimes I don't understand their team composition and each player's position as well. GLHF for both teams!

posted about a year ago

I feel like if allow doesn't pop off, they have a little chance to win against Nth. Nth is a solid team since they are not too dependant to Meteor. GLHF for both teams, I want to see something fierce.

posted about a year ago

There will be various opinions regarding my question. But I'm curious about your comments about this since no team is perfect.

For me, I think a team is strong if the players within can rely to each other and aren't too dependent only to one player. There will always be an MVP or star player in the team, we all know that. But everything can be a mess if that exact player hits slump during a tourney. Don't be mistaken, I'm not saying that a 'hard-carry player' isn't needed inside a team. It'll be an advantage as well. Just underline the word 'dependent'.

That's just a piece of my mind and I'd like to read yours. :D

I'm a girl to be honest (let's skip that part).
I think it will be an interesting match between ZETA and BB. In my muggle eyes, I can feel the potential. BB can turn the table and make the impossible possible. I keep saying that BB is unpredictable because I watched when you guys played against SCARZ. I thought you were going to lose but it was a turning table.

Totally looking forward to your match, please surprise us! I want to see a long but amazing match. Don't forget to take care of yourselves.

P.S.
I can feel that ZETA vs. BB could be like OpTic vs. EG. <3

I don't really know what to say anymore but Sentinels needs to review their rosters again and make a good decision out of it. I feel like they're being stubborn or whatsoever so this is the outcome. Everyone is physically (in-game) good but Valorant tourney isn't about deathmatch. I don't want to mention any player because they just need reflect by themselves. I hope for the best for them. Maybe this roster isn't a good match-up, or they lack of strats, or having strats with zero capacity to execute, or whatever reasons.

This! I just don't get it. It feels like they consider Japan like a filler or something.

posted about a year ago

I still can't believe that BB's coach is replying to my unimportant message in the forum. TT I'm looking forward to the playoff because this is my first time watching BB in VCT to be honest (in stage 2 I mean) because they didn't play in stage 1 this year.

I can't believe you guys play 8 maps in a row, it must be really exhausting but the fact that you guys still can keep up is just something else. GL for the next matches.

posted about a year ago

They did a lottery and the bracket for playoff has been decided. Here's the tweet about it: VCT STAGE 2 CHALLENGERS JAPAN PLAYOFFS

  • NORTHEPTION vs. JADEITE
  • REJECT vs. CRAZY RACCOON
  • ZETA DIVISION vs. BLUE BEES.ESP
  • FAV GAMING vs. SENGOKU GAMING

GLHF~

posted about a year ago

To CR and Blue Bees, y'all are champions. CR played 5 maps in total and BB played 6 maps. This match is a banger. I'm glad I watched it live. I don't have any comments because everyone is just so good. They are totally exhausted by now and I hope they can have a nice rest. Nice for CR and BB. Both teams deserve the spot so much but Japan VCT is just weird unlike other regions.

posted about a year ago

There's now way I'm talking to BB's coach right now. I mean, you. :)

posted about a year ago

I feel like Japan VCT should change their format like other regions. I'm not even a player and it looks exhausting where a team can play 2 games per day. If they go to 1-1, they can play maximum to 6 maps per day. Laz from ZETA DIVISION once said the same thing as well. I don't know about you guys, maybe you have different opinion about this matter.

Edit: I just can't with the lottery thing to decide for the bracket.

posted about a year ago

That 3 kills from neth is actually insane.

posted about a year ago

Yes, since both teams are already qualified for play-off so I don't really mind who's going to win.

posted about a year ago

Popo is actually built different, he's really strong and he has a long story of clutches as well. Let's see how the game will go.

posted about a year ago

I can't really predict right now because imo BB needs at least one player to pop off each map where CR, they overall can take care of themselves. As per now, I just saw that CR Meiy isn't in good condition (based on his tweet) so let's see if it's going to affect the game or not. BB is just so unpredictable and they can turn the table.

posted about a year ago

Well, I just saw Meiy's tweet and I think he's not in good condition. I'm just surprised that he played so well in the previous game despite being under the weather. Let's see the result later, I hope all of the players can play well.

posted about a year ago

Despite living and ping different, he's still unstoppable with his operator.

posted about a year ago

Thank you for letting me know! Since Simons left for SG, I was looking for who's their coach is but I didn't find anyone.

posted about a year ago

BB won 2-1 against CGZ. kobra didn't pop off in this game. Syouta played really well though but it wasn't enough. BB played really well. In Bind, I think Kr1stal might be better as Chamber rather than Neon. Overall, GGWP for both teams.

posted about a year ago

Yeah, but he's still human at the end lmao

Ascent: Sova = Fade
Bind: Fade
Split: Fade
Haven: Sova
Icebox: Sova
Breeze: Sova
Fracture: Fade

posted about a year ago

Well, maybe CGZ will win the game but BB is really unpredictable in my opinion. Still, BB doesn't have coach at all for now so I think that's a minus from them. GLHF for both teams.

posted about a year ago

But that "someone" else should have the power to beat DRX at this point. Let's see if On Sla2ers can have their revenge.

posted about a year ago

I agree. They need to change the system like NA or South Korea because it's fairer in my opinion. It feels like they're using randomizer to decide the LCQ bracket.

posted about a year ago

As per first map, both teams seemed like reading each other, no duelist at all with 2 initiators, 2 sentinels, and Viper. I personally thought thiefy was going to play Jett because his Jett is really strong but they gave him Viper. He wasn't bad physically but I feel like he didn't enjoy playing as Viper. I didn't really follow IGZ as a whole team but I think they need to make some arrangements to their team compositions except for Lakia as Sova and oitaN as Chamber.

I don't need to give much comment about CR but I thought they were gonna do neth Jett (again) but they went with no duelist at all. Well, at least there was a little expectation that Meiy would play Jett instead but he was assigned with Chamber. No comment since CR rosters play flex so yeah.

As per second map, I'm glad that neth as duelist, especially Raze, isn't so passive unlike when he was playing against Northeption in Haven and Ascent. And as you can see, thiefy pops off as Raze in this map so don't judge him by his first map as Viper because he's not a bad player at all.

And again, it feels like they're reading each other (again). 2 initiators, 2 controllers, and Raze.
