I feel like ZETA will keep their team with full Japanese members.
Dep? :(:(:(
But still, ZETA "lost" their Raze player at this moment. Dep only plays Jett and Neon so far. But let's see how this will unfold in the future.
ZETA DIVISION Valorant member, TENNN, perhaps won't be participating in VCT Champions 2022 due to illness. He will be temporarily replaced by SCARZ Xdll (he used to be playing for BLUE.BEES Esp.).
TENNN was found to be suffering from retinal disease in his right eye, and after consulting with a doctor, it was decided that he should concentrate on treatment, so he was temporarily removed from the roster. Whether or not to participate in the "2022 VALORANT Champions Tour – Champions" has not yet been confirmed, and will be decided in the future based on the progress of the doctor's diagnosis and treatment.
Get well really soon, TENNN, so maybe we can see him in Istanbul later.

From TENNN to all the fans
In the middle of July, I felt an abnormality in my field of vision, and as a result of an examination at an ophthalmologist, I was diagnosed with a retinal disease. Although there is temporary loss of vision, it is a disease that will recover if appropriate treatment is given. If I push myself too hard at this stage, it will affect not only me, but also the members who have fought together so far, so I decided to temporarily take a break from playing as a player. This is the last and best season. I don't know yet if I will be able to participate in the Champions event, but I would like to focus on treatment so that I can return to playing as soon as possible. Also, I am very grateful to Xdll and SCARZ for their quick response. I'm here.
Thank you.
Including Xdll, please support ZETA DIVISION heading to Champions!
Agree with this, similar to Apex.
According to XQ (ZETA's coach) in his stream, they were having some difficulties in the grand final day, even day before. They couldn't hear properly, like footsteps and utils. Day before, ZETA won against NTH because NTH played really passive but they changed after they reached the grand final. They played aggressively and it actually was a bonus for NTH. ZETA themselves, they played by getting info but the info wasn't properly provided because of this issue. If you can read Japanese, you can read this tweet.
NTH is eliminated so it is confirmed that ZETA DIVISION advances to the Champion 2022, representing Japan region.
NORTHEPTION, Crazy Raccoon, and REJECT are the teams from Japan who will participate in East Asia LCQ, along with teams from South Korea and China.
GGNT for NORTHEPTION.
But bruh, I somehow agree with you, They mostly play with 4v5 in every round.
How many clutches did he win so far in Masters 2? He is insane, my goodness.
Mostly are Korean, but actually there are some players from China (Xiaonuo, he used to play for DeToNator), Singapore (Kimmy, he plays for Westception), and also Philippines (JoshS & modeskiii, they play for SCARZ).
Even ZETA themselves are rooting for NTH.
There are quite a few of Korean playing for Japanese team. They are not literally "blind" with Japanese itself sometimes. The cost is, the Korean players need to learn Japanese, at least the basic. If you watch ranked games in Tokyo server, you will understand a bit how the communication goes (it's mostly between 3 regions: Japan, Korea, and China).
Yinsu had an interview with xnfri and he said that 3 Japanese are communicating in Japanese while JoxJo and Meteor are communicating in Korean, where JoxJo also translates Japanese to Korean for Meteor at the same time.
Yeah, Shao. I don't know what to say anymore. Just, FPX Shao.
still, this year is a worst ALGS Championship.
I can't believe that they will play against each other this fast. Last time they were playing to decide the winner of Masters 1 but not this time. It's an elimination match, one will go home. Previous grand final match up teams are in the elimination match. Which team is going to the next bracket?
Tell me your opinion. Which 5 agents are indispensable in this map?
manifesting a 5-maps match.
Yes, and in addition, Laz & TENNN didn't really pop off today too, so this is the result.
I was thinking whether the result would be different if ZETA picked Split as the first map tho.
Shout out to NTH's analyst and coach I think, they manage to review and make a plan in less than 24 hours to anti-strat ZETA.
Depends on the group match up.
JoxJo, the NTH player, scouted the rest of the team btw.
I hope they can go further, even to the grand finals. It was sad looking at DRX back then when they went downhill just in 2 match (when they lost to OpTic and to ZETA DIVISION). Looking forward to their performance.
The rion thing was because when CR played against IGZ.
Thank you! EDG is really a strong team, I wonder how this LCQ East Asia will go.
Coach, which teams are going to LCQ from CN? EDG and KONE?
It's not guaranteed yet if NTH can get to top 3 by circuit points.
So, NORTHEPTION won 3-1 against ZETA DIVISION today. If Nth can go to at least top 3 in Masters 2, they will guarantee a place in Championship. But if it's below that, ZETA will take the guarantee card. I'm curious about how Nth will go in Masters 2. Who do you think will get the seat in Championship and who will go to East Asia LCQ?
Anyway, congratulations to NORTHEPTION~!
Again, Ascent... it's like Nth and CR need to settle the score in this map, once again.
Yeah, I agree with you. But maybe because of the language barrier, I feel like people are hesitating to watch it when they want to since the production and everything are basically in Japanese. If you like chill discussion, you can join in the Japanese stream chat because they basically aren't as toxic as the other region's stream chat. Still, the language barrier is a thing that you have to overcome if you want to enjoy Japan Valorant.
10,000 seats are occupied, it feels like a concert.
I think it's okay with no duelist comp. as long as they know how to communicate to each other and use their abilities to their advantages.
Expect the unexpected. GGWP both teams!
If Lmemore didn't get that 4K in round 20, it might be a turning point for BME. It was intense and beautiful from Lmemore.
All of the tickets were sold out for the final day. The previous day hasn't been sold out yet.
But they will have a crowd in Japanese scene itself. It will be held in June 25th to 26th 2022 in Saitama Super Arena and approximately they will accommodate to 5,000 seats.
What do you think about no duelist comp? What are the advantages and disadvantages?
RC changed their Ascent and Icebox team comp., unlike 2 days ago. I feel like it's not polished yet but let's see what will happen in the 2nd map since CR themselves aren't unfamiliar with RC's team comp. since they faced against BB in Icebox and BB was using the same team comp. as well.
GGWP!!! I have mix feelings because both teams are so good and to let one go, pains my heart.
Whoever the TBD is, I hope they can have a short rest in this shitty system.
This match isn't disappointing at all. Close match is really amazing to watch. A thing that will make me sad is one of the team will be eliminated after this.
ping diff TT
I felt upset when I watched it, it was like what was FAV doing? Just look at the 1v3 moment, they almost lost it.
He is on LFT status right now, you can see at his tweet here. He's still part of REJECT but he wants to get transferred to another team.
Poor timezone. I felt it too when I watched Masters.
Did I just jinx it? They finally break free from Split? They broke free from Ascent yesterday too. Let's see next map, will it be like last match, where CR miserably got destroyed by Nth? I feel like CR won't get it either because Rion didn't play well in the past 2 maps.
NTH hasn't played against ZETA yet.
Since CR lost one of their best map, they will lose the 2nd map as well because they're really bad in split. GG nt for CR, it will be ZETA vs. Nth later.
