I live in the west coast of Florida, what time zone should I use?

It had the correct one for me when I first used this site, then for some reason today it changed the time. The closest one I could get is Monticello which is 1 hour ahead of my time but i don't know if I'm just an idiot and not seeing the one, or if they removed one.

edit: i figured it out, the timezone was right i just thought the game changers started 1 hour before it does, that's what the official valorant twitter said anyway
