the NA and EMEA 1st seeds that passed into playoffs are put as top seeds of playoffs
the SA and APAC 1st seeds that passed into playoffs are put as 2nd seeds of playofs
this means that the na and emea teams that were already in playoffs get to play against the 2nd seed of group stage (easier matchup)
while the APAC and SA team that were already in playoffs have to play the 1st seeds of the group stage (harder matchup)
