Honestly every VCT region should have 16 teams and a a format similar to VCL NA where the worst 4 teams in the VCT region get sent into promotion/relegation and compete against the winners of 4 random different VCL circuits from their region (this would obviously require apac and emea to combine some VCL circuits to split into 4) and the winner of each matchup would get promoted into T1 while the losing team was offered their spot in T2 for a chance to get back into the promotion stage, sorta like what r6 used to do
