if you get into shanghai by beating the "hype" teams then maybe you become a hype team yourself? at least a team to watch out for, for sure.

you should also watch the show! to be honest, haven't played any of the games and don't have very good knowledge of the lore in general but i still enjoyed the show. it's not an adaptation i don't think... i think it's a continuation so it might spoil things you'll have to look into that perchance. it's 8 episodes and each are about an hour long. maybe i'm a bit bias though since the fallout stuff has always piqued my interest i will just never find the time to play the games

something has been among the top duelists for awhile. don't doubt him! he's very consistent. even top 5 isn't unreasonable at all.

i am surprised it's not more common to be honest, even if they can use the restroom between maps (if they even can, i assume so since games can get very long), surely there would be times when someone would be taking a little longer than 3 minutes. lol, just something i had on my mind since a couple days ago. appreciate the answer.

more importantly, what would happen to a pro if they needed to use the restroom mid-match? do they use the restroom during half-time?

Yeah.. I have a similar experience. The cloves i get in my game will usually smoke too early/late or forget to smoke at all...

True, i can see that. Also yeah nuke clone would be absolutely cool. I just want more map variation in general. Alternating between 2/3 sites with a (sometimes) new gimmick isn't good enough imo

What do you guys think about a map that could let the team place it's own smokes? I'm not too sure how it would be implemented into the game but for how it would work I think it would just have 2 pre-placed smokes ready in common places for defenders and 1 smoke for where attackers would come ino site. For example CT and market on Ascent B site for defenders and B main/A main for attackers. The map would be designed with this in mind so you wouldn't worry too much about unsmoked choke points.

I could see people thinking that it could make controller characters less of a good choice on one map which could be potentially bad game design but they would also be made stronger since they wouldn't have to worry so much about smoking for the team so Much. They can smoke other parts of the map instead or for themselves.

It could also make for some interesting team comp choices, since a team could potentially opt for a different character other than a controller or we could see solo viper more often or harbor in general.

I think it should be fine. Teams will still have split and bind. Plus, most of the added maps have been played before by most teams, it's not like they're entirely new maps (aside from the literally new map lol)
