As someone who never liked league, I always noticed the effort Riot puts into there business. I was a CS gamer even though I quit playing b4 Project A was even announced. When I heard riot was making a tac fps I was instantly hype because they have the assets and capital to bring a streamlined finished project.

Basically, riot has the competitive scene on lock and they can't be stopped bc they have infinite money glitch from league. But they aren't complacent and that's y I fuck with riot. Constant updates, community reception, events that have a level of effort put into them. Also, the anti-cheat needs to have it's own day on the calendar. (I loved CS but had to stop playing bc of cheaters).

TLDR: Bc riot is stacked with cash, manpower, and resources.

Valorant maps are pretty awful for the most part, and the worst part is, there is no community consensus on what the best maps are. Each person has a different favorite 3 maps.

The worst maps in the current pool are easily sunset and lotus. Sunset always boils down to: does each team have a cypher and trip break. Lotus is just dog shit, defenders always fight A heavy. Defenders always stack A at the start to fight and if it's quiet just insta rotate to C while the C player stalls for rotates. So you literally have to play slow and fake shit if your team can't shoot, which makes the game so boring.
