Sure, I would love to inform you with what ever knowledge i have regarding the scene atm, also no idea why you are getting downvoted.

1. At the moment? On paper yes, because Pakistan can not go to india and vice versa due to visa issues, so even if they qualify for the south asia split main event (which is a LAN in india), they can not go and therefor will have to forfeit it.
2. None of which i have knowledge of, there are just small "friend groups" or small funded "clans" as of now.
3. The fanbase is definitely bigger than compared to other south Asian countries, except of course India.
4. I think it hovered around 30-70k pkr, last few years when there was exploit and fpx.
