Unpopular take. I believe Bang is a better controller than Tenz. It's just that Tenz was aggressive because he had that aim to compensate. Now that Astra meta is here , Bang is a perfect fit. A better fix would be to make N4rrate into flex-intiator. Let John be on Sentinel role. Narrate can switch with Zekken on Jett maps.

The reason why NRG and SEN failed (Although NRG still have a chance)

1. Unfamiliar opponents : SEN beat GenG, because they know them and have played them before. But MITH and R.Lofi proved to be out of syllabus for both teams.

2. Failed to adjust and become creative: FNS and John underestimated their opponents bigtime and didn't try being creative on how to approach.

3. MITH and R.Lofi brought their A games : They where on point on what they were doing. NRG was under prepared on Pearl, while SEN choked leads.

Following that logic, you aren't winning any trophies.

I think the coaches are still running the same comps on maps they cooked in 2024. Look, Meteor, Texture and Karon did the heavy work in GenG last year. Right now, they are playing Foxy9 on the same agents that Meteor ran, which ain't working for him. He looked lost on Abyss against Sen. Even against PRX and DRX he's Yoru was pretty mid.

Look Foxy9 was pure initiator on DRX. He played Chamber only in Lotus. But on GenG he is made to play Yoru on Abyss, KJ on Ascent, Cypher on Haven and Astra on Sunset, this is too much. I guess he needs time and will adjust by League season or else they need to make some comp changes.
