I think all VCT schedule is about the same. In Americas - middle round winner have advantage over loser of upper bracket final as they have more time to rest and practice/fix mistakes. You can argue that it's due to superbowl, but still scheduling is still bad.

GE comp heavily relies on defaulting and they have less utils to control map. they should be taking A main or B main aggressively as a group like what they did in the latter. They did it on Split defense which turned out great. In defense, you have full control to get information.

Attack side will always be random depending on how they read enemy positioning.

GE got lots of opportunity to close that game. It could've been 2-0. They could've taken 12 rds first in Split if not for that thrifty rd, and the push in A ramp while they were up a man was a blunder.

nah, regardless, I think DRX should have been given that round after the crash. They knew Jawg and Trent had a crash. they should have just held A main instead.

If they have given the point to DRX, G2 might have still won the match. DRX used Hyunmin's ult on that round and momentum would have been different in the next round and would still be in favor for G2. I think G2 poorly assessed the situation and just called for a round replay.
