they might be talking about the previous Fnatic bind way back when they ran viper on it
i dont need to ask my mom to know you're touching no grass getting no bitches and making no bread
im playing guilty gear strive
Who is Sacy?? For the blind, is the bald. For the hungry, is the bald. For the sick, is the bald. For the loner, is the bald. For the sad, is the bald. For the reader, is bald. For the prisoner, is the bald. For the poor, is the bald. For the debtor, is the bald.
yeah it really feels like all the regions stepped up their game. I'm very excited!
falling for the one user bait spam lmfao
>choosing pancada when the bald exists
this is a flawed list.
I don't have any expectations for them because of the precedent set by CR related to mixed language teams.
Wouldn't be surprised if they do perform well, but I definitely don't expect them to do particularly well or bad.
South APAC: Onic
North APAC: ONS / NTH
NA: Faze
EMEA: no fucking clue who's even participating
SA: VK (mwzera diff)
Expectations:
T4: Optic, LOUD, Fnatic
Playoffs: PRX, XSET, FPX, DRX, GUILD, XIA
None: KRU/NIP, LEV, NTH
Fnatic v Optic grand finals
PRX vs LOUD
derke = johnny sins of valorant
he's everywhere and fucks everyone
iirc FPX said they can all go except for Ange1 who's 50/50 rn
(they also have 3 signed subs so worst case they will still attend without their main squad.)
if they show up they can def beat FPX Optic and Fnatic too lol
the gap between the top of regions isn't very big currently, imo
how is KRU looking rn? Better or worse than rekjavik '22?
ange1 singlehandedly carrying EMEA agent diversity
in that case imo only NA and EMEA would be "major" regions, with BR and JP not far behind.
APAC is def a contender too, just needs slightly higher viewership and results (the latter should theoretically bring the former)
personally, i feel that APAC has a lot more teams that could be competitive at LAN compared to both JP and KR (ONIC, Secret, AEGO all seem good enough) whereas I wouldn't say the same for teams like Maru or CR for example.
and the SA/SEA ranked playerbase is massive
10 teams for the entirety of APAC is gigatroll hopefully they reconsider
i'm not convinced in teams that have Japanese and Korean players after seeing CR's performances on LAN.
they just felt way more disorganized compared to Zeta.
but maybe this time it will work out, who knows.
based on what metrics
viewership and support wise i'd def say it is
talent depth and playerbase aren't on par with NA and EMEA IMO (edit: and APAC too tbh)
Nth played well, Zeta's players didn't show up like they usually do.
"Last Hope"
Mfs really forget XIA 2-0d Optic and nearly beat Liquid, only losing in OT
Prx have looked great so far but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if Xerxia beat them, the previous matchup was close
Derke and Alfajer (I am an objective opinion :3)
didn't really see anybody claiming there was no hate or racism on this site in that thread, lol.
doesn't matter as long as the intention is conveyed. also i think it's easier for a newer audience to understand what a "major" is compared to a "masters"
(champs is pretty easy, though)
every other answer is objectively incorrect
im 99% sure there will be a masters in L.A. next year, or at least somewhere in NA
good timing since a lot more JP people have been playing PC games (especially Apex)
and early marketing (first ignition series event was the Japanese one)
and a more mature esports scene
im pretty confident that a major held anywhere in Brazil with a greater capacity would also sell out.
either way, it's not a competition. I think it's likely a sizable portion of people who would attend a CS event would also go to a Valorant event.

they have noise cancellation stuff for the broadcast obviously.
