So last year? Second year of franchising? I don't think that's a "long time"
I mean a few vn players are playing in cn tier 2 rn so the depth is definitely there
outside of DRX/VS? no the fuck they haven't
Babybay "this is like back when we scrimmed brimstone gaming" ahh head coach 💔
excited to see how this goes
he's only made 2 internationals in that entire time. once in 2022 and in 2024. if the management didn't think he should be booted in that entire 5 year timeframe then he might actually never leave 100T 😭
either the biggest scrim merchant alive or he's Nadeshot's illegitimate son who he's paying and keeping on the roster to make sure he's quiet about the affair
least psychopathic R6 enjoyer
I mean the only "new" inclusion is Shr1mp. overall though because of his inclusion the overall firepower has increased by quite a bit with lsn being gone. Hanche will need to prove himself still after his absolutely terrible showing on duelist last split
I GUARANTEE that no one has said that (I have in private tho 🤤)
AG have a very drilled bind, which Wolves were also looking very weak on. Then they played Corrode which AG had some pretty good ideas on and Wolves looked abysmally dog shit still. Combine that with good fundamentals from AG and Wolves never really could get anything going.
They'll definitely find someone stronger eventually but having him over player (who's had pretty good moments in split 1) is weird. Hanche didn't do bad so I can't complain but still
He'd try to make an English speaking roster for no reason first, then give them mental damage
That's missing a lot of context to AG's year so far. They literally didn't have a head coach because he had to resign due to health issues. A LOT of shit went wrong behind the scenes and now they seem to have put together an actual long-term structure that works.
Only if they get better. I'll remain cautiously optimistic while they start racking up their repertoire
Yeah I'm surprised too. But yet again they're competent management-wise it's just that the business model is super dependent on laying down infrastructure. Now that they got that solidified it seems like things will only get better from here. Still worried about Hanche though
The crazy part is that if they played this series back they'd probably win again lol. Sunset looks great, bind does too, and Wolves' corrode is dog shit. Only definite win is ascent
I initially made this to document the org's process. Didn't think I'd be documenting a whole ass journey
the academy roster is actually integrated with the main one, in which the org doesn't really announce when the promote ppl mid-season. if you look at Qing Jiu Club's games (tier 2) they actually field AG's academy players as part of their partnership
i might have to. ppl don't know about the EGO sword9 2024 masterclass
opposite thing for AG now. now ppl are gonna be hopping on en masse if they win this 🗣️
AG going on a run lil bro just watch
the coaching staff definitely used their sweet time and I'm all here for it tbh
it's giving potter vibes now tbh and I always felt like it'd go down that avenue due to the inherent business model of the org
nah their losses against XLG (and FPX during their game in EVO) were due to poorly built maps and a lack of confidence (you could literally see them be skiddish). if they start building their map pool with the newly integrated coaching staff structure i have full belief they'll get progressively better
wolves weren't playing well but AG played good enough to absolutely roll them which makes them at least decent. imo their fundamentals + strat book were pretty deep on bind all things considered. I think the coaching staff are going the approach their crossfire team does and develop individual maps as their own piece
they're historically shit at converting advantages and set-plays earlier in the season but now their overall fundamentals (on their good maps at least) look extremely drilled. they're never actually giving singular fights
as long as hanche isn't going 4/20 on primary duelist i'll tolerate his existence until he proves his worth. they seem to have been developing his anchoring so maybe putting him on a more relaxed position is the play
franchising slots are dependent on clout, investment, financial ability, and (probably) management competence. if an org doesn't have an interest in these things or can't then they'll get relegated in favor of another org who can
best for americas. 9/11 for everyone else
EMEA doesn't win a trophy
Pacific record stops
Depending on how the tournament goes the Ch0na agenda still continues
any genre any artist pls just post bangers
i'm still gonna die on the hill that his neon iso ideas were legit cooking but because they pivoted off of it it never saw the proper light it should've gotten
muggle WOULD be up there if the KangKang yoru incident didn't occur
BLG's 2-1 terrorist activities automatically disqualifies them from any serious international conversations
all this tourney proved was that blg are still the biggest international terrorists for chinese fans. one round they play a masterclass and the next 3 they run it down 1v5 and waste our time with a 1-2
Bunt got bought out by ccg forgot to mention that like a billion years ago
