they got put into a tough matchup with 2 teams that haven’t showed anything yet and are very innovative. It’s just a really hard match up for them but once they see how teams play they’ll fare a lot better
they’re playing into new unseen comps before which closes the gap between these teams

best to try them irl to see which fits best and u can compare shapes on eloshapes. some budget mice have clones which can be good if you’re on a tighter budget. or just play valorant console

He puts up decent numbers on the duellist roles, goes mostly positive in first kills and makes a lot of space on the team. with time I am sure he will be a lot better on the role, much more effective that say Demon1 would be able to achieve. if any one is to be cut from NRG it would be crashies (maybe take someone from the rookie scene?) and possibly coaching change.
current meta relies very heavily on entries (on duelists other than jett)
can’t play any other role other than jett, raze and neon is still subpar compared to victor. s0m clears on smokes. needs to learn other agents (for this current meta) or he will continue staying on the bench.

true, but victor's duelist pool makes him more flexible and useful rn. would be nice to see if demon1 can pick up other duelists other than jett

and if you watch any of the previous nrg games you can tell he was clearly very uncomfortable being first entry and having to seek engagements where it wasn't very favorable
tbh i think this roster makes so much more sense than the previous iteration & roles actually work in this roster
if anyone were to be on the chopping board it would be coaching or crashies (though idk if they are willing to let crashies go since he has chem)
people say nrg would do better with demon1 but imo he plays way too slow and the way he plays clearly wont cut it now

if nrg had more time together they couldve won today. but their util timings just weren't as tight as sen's and their protocols were just better
