this is pretty stupid, rank doesn't determine skill realistically. I've had immo3s who are literal elo terrorists and then had asc 3s who are demons. If youre just looking at the rank and then deciding what agent youre gonna play its actually useless. Just get good at the agents you want to play and focus on playing your own game well. I'm a recon main so I lock in recon regardless on if my teammates are VCL or asc. Just play to improve and have fun rather than trying to micro manage everything
I agree with something and qw1 for pacific and emea respectively, however I would personally put demon1 over s0m just due to the larger increase in performance due to his addition.
it depends on how c0m and jawg play. both were playing way above the standard they normally produce, especially c0m. Hes one of the biggest crouch sprayers ive ever seen, im still traumatised by this one clip of him on pearl swinging out a doors on the anti-eco with a bulldog crouch spraying against a guy in window with a sheriff and just hard whiffing. If they can carry on their good form and innovate a little bit more (their fracture will be studied by everyone, meaning they cant really rely on it as much) then I don't see why they cant continue playing at a high level.

prx comps are way better, they have unique ideas for the random off meta agents they throw in and most of the time there is a lot of comfort picks as well, theyre the kings of cringe comps. if cned was on prx he would be playing jett every map instead of looking like a literal animal on sage and neon
they didnt play jett (cned is only good on jett) skye or viper (incredibly meta) and instead opted for random off meta agents
if youre playing off meta teams (cringe comps as chet would call them) you better have some crazy strats to back it up but they had nothing interesting, literally just looks like they spun the wheel and locked in a random comp. sova and brim on lotus? idk who is deciding the comp but if youre trying to make the new meta at least make the comp have a couple of ideas

People disrespecting derrek as a player when its not exactly his fault that there are 2 sova maps in this map pool and 100T ban ascent so its literally just haven that he isn't flexing on. Look at fnatic who play exclusively sova/fade maps in order to get the best out of leo. Derreks sova is defo franchise worthy, just a shame that 100T coaching staff aren't putting as much value on player comfortability, and instead on weak game plans with suboptimal comps.

idk how your school system works but imo the early parts of the year should be you working on finding a routine / method that works for you and getting really good at using your time. Our school system starts september ish so and finishes late july so idk if you're just starting or finishing or what. But if your exams arent near, focus on getting into a good study routine, find out what method of learning works best for you, create systems that make it really easy to review material (subjective to your course) start turning your notes into a huge bank of questions, ie if you studied biology turn all your notes from a section (the brain) into questions that cover every area of knowledge you need to remember.
Grinding is never good as your brain isn't just a sponge that can absorb everything you throw at it, most of the time you are just going to either be overwhelmed or not working at your full potential. Also 8 hours sleep MINIMUM as your brain consolidates information while you're sleeping, so being sleep deprived means you can study more but you have way less retention. Study less and sleep more :)
