hey - honestly if you want genuine ranked tips here are some:
1) make sure to stop queuing if you're tilted/notice you aren't feeling confident. Taking a break and coming back and help you reset.
2) your fade's looking pretty strong this act! If you continue to stick to 2/3 agents you're comfortable with, you'll have more confidence and will win more games - so keep up that Fade grind!
3) try to be conscious of your actions. Ask yourself what you did wrong after you die/lose a round. Make sure everything you do has a purpose/achieves some sort of goal.
You're doing great, so don't worry about what anyone else says. Forget about your rank, and if you're hardstuck or not. The main thing to focus on is improvement. I mean, I've been hardstuck Immortal for a while now, and although I haven't seen an improvement in my rank, I've definitely noticed improvement.

It’s fair because they would go down the organizations close to making franchising one by one, regardless of if they have a current roster or not. Regardless, most of the orgs that Riot has on their shortlist either have dropped most/all of their players or are not in the VCL.
Riot goes down a list of orgs that were close to making franchising and asks them one by one if they would be willing to sign TGRD players.

Just to add to this a bit, I feel like it would be best for PRX, T1/FUT, EG, and one of LOUD or EDG to go out 5th-8th. I think a FNC/NRG upper final, DRX 4th, NRG 3rd, FNC 2nd, and the other between LOUD/EDG 1st would be best (ONLY STORYLINE-WISE)
