I think both zombs and shaz were partially right. Shaz needs to cut back on streaming to help flesh out strats with the coaching staff, zombs probably should've played ranked more because it keeps your mechanics sharp and prepares you to react to unexpected situations in matches.
rgx makes the default sound softer, hitting the sweet spot for vandal but making phantom sound like a nerf gun
