to me it seems like it was mostly from mechanical skill that he got to the top in valorant so quickly. The way he describes his time on the team it seems like they didn't work very hard. Could easily just be him trolling on stream but I still don't trust his work ethic

they could get rid of Rawkus or demote him to assistant coach and get a coach from teams that probably won't make franchising(eg-faze,LG,knights or bring in someone from EU, since they have been having hard times adapting to metas and EU is generally ahead of NA in meta creation)

clearing some doubts, the reason why tenz is dropped too because of chemistry. let us be honest, the chemistry hasn't really been there since berlin last year. there was some fresh outlook and unpredictability during iceland 2021 but they were still forcing there way through mostly sheer firepower, and the truth is shahz was an alright igl, but his starts were mostly based on their abilities to engage in duels and come out on top, since then the game is way more teamwork centric and firepower is just a part of the equation. and lately they have been losing in duels too

i have opinions about sinatraa and his situation but the truth is if they need to keep one player on the team from old sen to make a team around sick, sinatraa's probably the best choice, they need someone who shares the winning mentality sentinels need to have and sick and sinatraa have worked well together since the start, great firepower and their playstyles work together too. and again, he is basically free. but if you still don't want him on the team, then initiators like ghengsta work too but they definitely won't be better picks than sinatraa.

they also can't just pick full rosters from teams that won't make franchising,eg LG, because sen like 100t should aim to create a roster that is capable of being the astralis of val. picking full teams won't make sense because these teams weren't top of NA when they were a part of an org, so it makes much more sense with a more complete rebuild and not just buying a roster.

there are players who won't want to play for sentinels, because if it weren't the case, then why don't they get wippie(v1 probably won't make franchising because of the law amount of slots in franchising), because he probably wouldn't want to join sen as their are better teams he could go to. zander is young and the level of representation he would get makes it a no brainer choice for him.

there are also players sen won't want, buying a roster means picking up players like dazzle, brawk or tigg because there are better options on the market, so picking a full roster would eventually end up being a net negative.

and overall the reason they need to get rid of everyone except sick is because there needs to be a change in culture and mindset within sen. Conflicting opinions are welcome

I don't really know anything but if there are lans near you I'd say try going to those and meeting people. It's gonna be pretty hard though if you aren't immortal/high diamond and at least brushing shoulders with people who are making teams.
