Suggesting that NRG should replace the coach who hasn't had any success in the past 2 years with NRG is insane, but calling him one of the best coaches in FPS history isn't?

  1. Didn't make playoffs at Lock//In
  2. 4th at Tokyo
  3. Didn't make playoffs at Champs 2023
  4. Didn't make Madrid
  5. Didn't make regional playoffs to qualify for Shanghai
  6. Most likely won't make Champs 2024

Both iterations of franchising NRG have failed to meet expectations and Chet has been the head coach for both.

She's my first choice, but she's on EG and Chet and Potter have gone back and forth so maybe the Optic core (FNS, Victor, Marved) also doesn't like her. MCE is team less as far as I know

-Chet
Reasons:

  1. No innovation. NRG core hasn't had any innovation since Neon on Fracture over 2 years ago. Always running the same comps with the same strats.
  2. Bad coach ideology. Didn't tryout Ethan or Demon1 to see how the team would do together. Just prayed that Ethan would eventually become a good IGL and that Demon1 could drop 40+ per game. They didn't.

-Crashies
Reason:

  1. Not as good as Ethan as an initiator. Only notable agent he's good at is Sova. Ethan is more flexible (can play Yoru, Smokes, etc.) and has better util usage. Crashies isn't bad, he'll find another team, but he's not better than Ethan.
If Victor doesn't want to play without Crashies then drop him too and get another flex from challengers or maybe S0m if he's willing. He's great, but not great enough to make up for the gap between Ethan and Crashies.

+FNS (IGL)
Reason:

  1. Pretty straightforward. He's probably the best IGL in NA. Not as mechanically talented as the rest but if he has a good team around him it shouldn't matter too much. Has good chemistry with Marved and Victor (if he stays).

+MCE (Coach)
Reason:

  1. He's the polar opposite of Chet. He's more innovative and willing to try new things (shown by the C9 regular season). Has just had the unfortunate luck of his teams choking in big moments (C9 falling apart after a great regular season and The Guard getting clapped in their international debut).
