I’ve been watching some Tier 2 NA Valorant lately and had a couple of questions

1. For the Winthrop University Valorant team, are the players actually students from the university who formed the team themselves, or is it more like a sponsored roster that just plays under the university's name?

2. Watching ENVY (Rankers) has been super interesting — how are they able to play and win against players from former franchised teams who have tons of experience? Some of ENVY’s players seem to come from more casual or streaming backgrounds, so I’m wondering what helps them compete at such a high level.
