We are playing really disjointed, yes, but another problem I've noticed from our games is that every map feels like a one-man show. Lately, to me, it just feels like Karon's been having to carry a lot, and I haven't seen the same form out of t3xture lately. Nothing too bad though, I think it'll get better. Aside from that, I'm not as convinced about our IGL'ing so far (it's been decent but not exceptional), and obviously, there's been a huge question mark about the sentinel position (such as who'll play, who we're rotating out, etc).

Honestly, something they could've considered doing is making Ash play sentinel (easiest role btw), which will still enable him to frag, while simultaneously keeping yoman. Of course, I still think Foxy deserves chances to play, but if they were that keen on replacing him, they should've done something like that.
Stage 1 Pacific foxy9 is the third best Korean sentinel player I've seen outside of Flashback and Meteor. He was SHOOTING. I wanna see him back and playing.
Same, I feel like we should be keeping foxy9 on the main roster, and should be playing suggest if we really need to. Foxy's highs were absolutely insane on DRX in Stage 1. Maybe they have suggest on the roster to help with the calling or something?
I still don't know why everyone underrates BME so much. I personally thought they played decent at kickoff

They don't show the IGL calling even in comms videos nowadays. Also, the crashies "argument" is negated by 2024 NRG. If he was main calling, why did 2024 NRG fail? Regardless, it's been stated many times by Optic members that FNS was doing most of the calls and making most of the reads.
There's a difference between a midrounder and an IGL.

Yeah, fun fact, Optic's average results in internationals was the same as Fnatic's average results in internationals in 2023, with both coming at 2. (Note that this is really dragged down for FNATIC because of their relatively early exit at champs)

FNS had the ability to read early teams really well. Go back and watch some of the games Optic played against the likes of DRX and LOUD. His calling, on some maps such as Bind, was incredible for the time. It was a huge step forward from 2021, and he lead Optic to have one of the best years we've seen out of anyone. Aside from his calling being ahead of the times, other teams weren't quite at that good of a level back then either, so it lead to him outcalling the crap out of them.

Hot take maybe, but I still feel like Marved could be good/decent in Tier 1
I'm pretty sure Ethan (alongside FNS and s0m) also wanted to retire after this season, meaning the remaining two are brawk and mada, which are definitely players you keep. As for filling out the three remaining spots, I think Spaz is worth looking at as a brand new talent. Aside from that, though it is early right know, you can maybe look at Kyu or BcJ as replacement IGLs, and for the last spot, you could get inspire or bao.

Nah man, if you know anything about VCL NA, you'd know Brawk is really good. Also, I'm not confident in NRG, but I'm even less confident in C9 than I am in NRG. Also, the talon hate was just poking fun at you. I like Talon too, and watching them lose that terribly to VIT was a shame.
