Vk used an illegal camera (there is no discussion on that, Giants and X10 had been already punished with losing the entire map for the same cam in other tournaments). What the Brazilians complain about is why Riot didn't stop the game and replayed the round or take just that round, because the problem comes when Riot did stop the Furia vs Sen game because of a supposed bug from Furia(that wasn't a bug) while they were coming back, cutting their momentum.

Riot decided to take the entire map away from VK, and I can see how that looks like Riot going against Brazil, and precisely because of that and all the Brazilian community complaining and threatening they allowed a rematch starting 7-0 for Acend (the number of rounds VK used the illegal camera), Acend won that game 13-10.
