Yeah, all Kiles, Shackk, and iDex have Spanish nationality. Kiles and Shackk have lived here since they were kids, and iDex mom is Spanish, so he has nationality too. Rule is 3 players in starting line up

Well Ik, shack and Kiles have been in Spain since they were kids. IDex I think just a couple years? Not sure, he still needs work on his spanish, but I think I heard something about his mom being Spanish. (He is such a wholesome dude tho we love him here)

Anyway, residency would make sense imo because of the 2 split rule, if you are gonna allow players that have played 2 splits to count as regional you might swell count players who have lived in a country for over a year to get their residency

Rebels is a project for the future, they are trying to make Janny, Gatsh and Vokashu regional players. Next split they will be able to have a full foreign roster due to the 2 split rule. That's why they have a 6 man roster rn
