I think they do need a complete rebuild tho, this is not a matter of who's the problem, it's mental and that's the hardest thing to fix.
Thousands of suggestions and we're not sports directors and every week I think I would choose a different roster but a solid suggestion would be something like:

Zeek Raze/Flex
Unfake Initiator IGL (Goat)
BaddyG Smokes
(Polish core, Unfake is a great IGL and zeek and BaddyG amazing second callers, all with tier 1 firepower)

MiniBoo Jett/Neon/Flex (Amazing and consistent talent)

And then there's many options for the sentinel
vokashu (cracked and flexible)
Boo (brother buff)
Mixwell (realistically they're not gonna bench him unless he steps down himself)

Botwell is not the problem of the team, he might have not tier 1 firepower but that's not why he is on the team, he brings other stuff.
Firepower is the last thing they need, they're problem is the lack of an IGL and the mental, they're too emotional

Enzo seems like a great IGL for a team like TH (better for KC tho). That being said Boo is 10 times better than magnum, even Mixwell might add more value
