Ik I’m probably biased but, none of the TH players hit a shot, at least Mixwell is as experienced as it gets, brings a lot in the comms department and is a great team player. Also he doesn’t try to shine, he sacrifices for the team. Literally the player who has played more agents this year tied with Forsaken and Rb I believe (need to check again)

I would import coaches and IGLs from all over the world tbh (Ik they already do, but even more), learn from everyone
I feel like once the CIS league comes back they are gonna follow the same model as the MENA league, just make an eastern and a western conference.
Also, idk if this rule applies in the whole world, but at least here in Spain what we do is, a player who has played 2 splits in the league counts as Regional, so starting next year all imports who played both splits will be considered regional (Same happens in LOL Superliga)
I don’t think allowing Russians to be completely regional on any Pacific league would be fair with that specific country. There were rumors about that in EMEA last off season, when IW wanted to make that full Russian roster to compete in Turkey, but they didn’t end up allowing it.

Yeah there are many factors into picking one or another in this case. But that Jemkin has a better Raze and a worse Jett seems pretty clear

Well, in theory Kristal and Jemkin would not be able to play in Pacific VCT together. 2 imports allowed in VCL but not in VCT
That being said I think SCARZ coach has claimed that yes, they would be able to compete and shouldn't be an issue, so we'll see. I believe if they make it they will
