That works for me too. But I don't see much of an upgrade between Molsi and starxo. It kinda feels like a sidestep, but I do love Molsi. Both players have had extremely high peaks but a significantly weaker last season, very similar agent pools, starxo is more experienced

Well first of all you're tripping hard if you think tier 2 players in EMEA make 80k, and second of all yes there is.

Let me word it differently using your example. I'm saying if he gets 2 offers, 1 that gives him 80k but a high release clause, and 1 that gives him 40k but no release clause. He should bet on himself, make sure he has a clear path to tier 1 if he becomes good enough. He'll have plenty of time to get the bag at another point

I'm sure he'll figure it out, talent is obviously there, it is fine if he needs time, he hasn't even spent a whole season full time yet. If it's not this year it'll be next one, he should join a contender, but most importantly, make sure he doesn't get contract jailed
