They kind of tried to promote the Academy coach. Basically the people in charge of sporting decisions chose Simoz, however the big bosses in the org were like no, we can't do that to the Academy, Yaba needs to be the coach. However when they went and told yaba they wanted him to be the coach Yaba felt the original lack of trust and basically said he would rather stay at the academy.
