Hell nah fnc ain't making it to the finals

posted about a year ago

bro's a smoker for sure

posted about a year ago

Yes I have, he's great, but he's not a world class duelist

posted about a year ago

Well yeah CIS league should return

posted about a year ago

Am afraid that's not how it works

posted about a year ago

Well it's not really possible, you need a core of 3 Russians that have spent a full year in a country to become regional and then start the project, that's a big ask

posted about a year ago

Yeah I was gonna say first and then remembered turkey xD

posted about a year ago

Purpo on a Russian superteam as duelist would be deffo 2.0. Good, but not on pair. He's a much better flex imo

posted about a year ago

CIS has insane amount of talent, probably the most or second most in EMEA but they overlap each other a lot. They currently don't have any proven world class IGL or duelist (not counting something cause he ain't coming any time soon)

posted about a year ago

ah hell nah

posted about a year ago

wrong choice bro

posted about a year ago

But overall I agree being really good usually makes up for it

Maybe I should have provided more information at the beginning so people can form their own opinion, that's on me

posted about a year ago

South of Spain

posted about a year ago

No not really, I tend to agree with Congo1 and have great an arguments with him when I don't. It's just with you I don't get along with

posted about a year ago

Well yes but no. It's different issues, having a big ego is a different issue than not comming enough or lacking preparation. But overall I agree being really good usually makes up for it, but it sure does bring down your stocks, and makes you absolutely useless the day that you stop hitting shots

posted about a year ago

Well with everything I've heard and seen, me personally, I believe it's true. Maybe I should have provided more information at the beginning so people can form their own opinion, that's on me. But I stand by what I said

posted about a year ago

A bad word has never been said about his teammate Wolfen. But alright, it changed page, that's where I draw the line with our arguments, more next day with whatever you wanna contradict me with

posted about a year ago

Well allow me to doubt VIT's staff is gonna come out and say that about their player. Once the project is over I'll gladly hear their opinion.

So obviously we gotta work with what we have, and what we have should at the very minimum make you skeptical about it. Specially combined with as I said, always getting picked up late in the off season.

posted about a year ago

Which doesn't exist based on what? I understand if you don't wanna believe it, but you have just as little ground to affirm it's false.
And tf you want me to take other than what the people he worked with think of him?

Also bro you know damn well if this was a thread shitting on trexx and I said the absolute opposite you'd also be saying I'm biased aswell

posted about a year ago

Trexx does not wanna play duelist, nobody fucking thinks starxo's duelist is better than trexx's, he just didn't wanna play it

And I'm not blaming Trexx for anything, not wanting to play duelist is common af and not an issue if planned for. I'm not saying he's toxic or something, I'm talking comm wise and preparation wise.

Am I biased? Well I've heard it from several people who have worked with him, and they he's never a priority in the offseason is factual. If I'm biased in any way is in believing those people which are obviously from KOI which you can choose not to. That being said it's no excuse, ain't nobody saying there were issues with Wolfen for example and I wish him the best just like Trexx

posted about a year ago

On Jett not good, on Sentinel average maybe slightly above

posted about a year ago

Too bad starxo has never been Trexx's IGL but okay buddy

posted about a year ago

I've been trying to say it a couple times, teams do not value trexx as highly as we do. Have you noticed he always gets picked up late in the offseason. It's because the upside and talent with him is obvious but there's some serious issues we don't see, which is why teams take a chance on him last

posted about a year ago

No he means the 2nd team gets the same amount of points as the last, only winner gets bonus points

posted about a year ago

I think we just don't value Vitality equally high

posted about a year ago

Honestly yes, at least Kristal

posted about a year ago

Then that outcome is not that unlikely. I'm happy either way because if we're being realistic if VIT can't make top 3 which is not that hard they're probably not making a deep run at champs either so it kinda doesn't make much of a difference

posted about a year ago

Nope I have no fucking clue about anything I'm just reading the thread

posted about a year ago

Who do you want to qualify

posted about a year ago

Idk the context or what "duod with regularly" means , but if it's very regularly, I doubt he didn't

posted about a year ago

navi is the worse team left in playoffs

posted about a year ago

Nah that's the only way

posted about a year ago

I'm afraid that's not how it works lmao

posted about a year ago

That is indeed, choosing a region. People can move freely inside the country and choose who are they closest to

posted about a year ago

it's about talent and experience.

Both of which will get there with time, artificially putting it there is not gonna help

posted about a year ago

It's about player base not population. And that's a terrible argument, if you're not equal because you have "less people" to the other 3 tier 1 regions you might aswell not be a tier 1 region at all

posted about a year ago

I'm saying it's not fair for the other regions tho. What if FPX wins champs with 2 imports, while other regions can only have 1, you have to keep it equal

posted about a year ago

No. Don't look at it geographically. China or Australia break that rule for example but there's other cases

posted about a year ago

You sure? At least in the past it was part of EMEA. Matter of fact I remember the Turkish VCL including countries like Mongolia kekw
It could have been updated recently do idk

posted about a year ago

Nah that is an unfair advantage

posted about a year ago

You're looking at it the wrong way. APAC ≠ Asia and EMEA ≠ EU. For example, countries like Saudi Arabia or Kazakhstan are Asian counties that are part of EMEA.

It also works by countries, so one side of a country can't be from one region and the other from another, or else people from that country would have the advantage to choose region. So something and jemkin are indeed EMEA players. That being said it works pretty well everywhere but in Far East Russia which I believe is the only region in the world screwed by the rule

posted about a year ago

Well I understand why they do that, it would make no sense if tier 2 couldn't ascend just because the current 2 teams did well. But yes the system is probably flawed anyway

posted about a year ago

https://www.vlr.gg/363225/riot-reveals-challengers-and-ascension-changes-for-2025 This you mean?

Yes, I see, what I said it's still correct tho. Making champs = retaining the slot, BUT, only as long as the other ascension team doesn't place higher than you. So you have to make champs AND place higher than the other Ascension team

The part I see I was missing is, if you place higher than the other team but don't make champs you're out anyway

posted about a year ago

It’s next year, but as far as I understand qualifying for champs has nothing to do with it, what you have to do is place higher than the other Acsension team

posted about a year ago

Well doombros not deserving to be there imo doesn't imply Frost should xD
Kaplan is too high but I'm fine with it. With the very few tools we have to rate coaches we have to be smart about it, when Kaplan joined the change was very noticeable so you can see his influence. In the case of a coach like doombros or even alecks, it's harder to see which part is theirs just because we've never seen anything different. Which doesn't mean they might not be top 5, it just means we don't know.

posted about a year ago

Nah Ferrari has been way more successful than England bro

posted about a year ago

Nah I’d say it’s whoever won on regular season. But in this case it’s the same, whoever wins in 2 days

posted about a year ago

It’s like if this years US Olympic basketball team was coached by the worst basketball coach you could think of. If that helps

posted about a year ago

Woot’s 2.02 is the best I’ve seen on a Bo3. Let’s see if he can beat that

posted about a year ago

He does have a chance. In football players have a saying in who they wanna sign for. He has a release clause Barsa can technically pay and no need to worry about other teams if Nico really wants to go there
